Just had a pot of mint tea brought out to where we are sitting in the courtyard after a day exploring the Medina. Very friendly people in a beautiful hotel with all mod cons (luckily no gym). Pool is chilly (April) but nice to look at. Looking forward to the rest of our stay. It is away from the bustle of Marrakech but you do need to get the complementary shuttle bus or a taxi to & from town as it is 5 miles away. Ok to walk if you are fit as lthe ocals are friendly & kind & there are shops and things to see on the way. Highly recommended.

We have long loved caravanserie
So charming - lovely pool
Gorgeous architecture- not posh but delightful - staff still lovely
However - the food used to be quite good
Not so now
And the interiors of the shared spaces a little shabby

I returned to Caravanserai 19 years after my last visit, and i was so happy to be greeted by smiling faces that I recognised. The hotel is still just as magical as it was all those years ago. It is a wonderful home, just 15 minutes from the noisy centre of town. You wake to sound of the birds….you won’t want to leave the tranquility of the pool… The suites are just gorgeous and are more like apartments, and have lovely little terraces. This place truly feels like your own home during your stay. I already wish I could stay longer, but I will be back again soon :)

Myself & my 2 sisters had a wonderful stay here… the staff were so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us! Beautiful rooms, authentic, colourful and comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast each morning, the hotel cats were adorable and were so well looked after. It was a 20 minute journey into the main town but the hotel organised the taxis for us which was great. This was a perfect little boutique hotel for a getaway trip, would definitely recommend and go back. Special shout-out to Abdel who was so amazing, chatty and friendly.

Je suis venue une petite semaine avec une amie début octobre dans ce cadre exceptionnel entre le riad et l'hôtel , Caravan Serai est un bon compromis. Vous serez accueilli par un personnel aux petits soins afin de vous sentir de suite chez vous. Légèrement excentré du centre de Marrakech,vous pouvez vous déplacer facilement en navette gratuite ou taxi. Les alentours sont calmes ce qui vous permets de vous retrouver dans un havre de paix. Les habitants du village sont très respectueux et gentils. Vous pouvez déjeuner ou dîner au bord de la piscine dans un cadre magique, le personnel sera toujours présent pour satisfaire vos moindres demandes. L'hôtel dispose également d'un hammam très typique marocain où vous serez accueilli par la jolie et douce Fatima🥰 pour un massage,soins , manucure ou brushing de rêve ... Beaucoup d'activités et d'excursions vous sont proposées et organisées par la team de Caravan Serai ,tout est à votre disposition pour passer des journées incroyables. Je vous conseille le quad dans la palmeraie pour un total dépaysement ! L'accueil,la propreté et services sont de rigueur dans cet hôtel ,vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe : Philippe, Foued,Achmi, Hamid , Fatima etc ...les femmes de ménages et cuisinières aussi qui sont adorables. A bientôt inch'Allah, Audrey

Bel hôtel situé dans un endroit sordide et plein de déchets. La propreté des lieux est discutable. Chambre avec salle de bain salle, douche bouchée et lavabo pas propre. La propreté de la literie est douteuse. De multiples piqûres type puces le lendemain matin. Ne pas fréquenter!

Propreté très relative, des chats partout, de la poussière sur tout, décharge à ciel ouvert à la sortie de l'établissement, de nombreuses choses cassées, abimées, pas de bouteilles d'eau ni dans la chambre ni au petit déjeuner (2,5€), distance jusqu'à Marrakech 25€, repas du soir limité en choix ( il faut réserver à l'avance) et pas terrible. Enfin pour terminer "l'oubli"de nous rendre notre reste au moment du solde du séjour. Dommage car l'intérieur du bâtiment devait être magnifique à une époque.

Un riad d’exception très bien situé dans la palmeraie, à 20min en voiture de la médina. Architecture typique marocaine. Très peu de chambres pour un calme assuré au bord de la très jolie piscine. Un personnel et un gérant aux petits soins, toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils. Le petit déjeuner et les plats marocains sont faits maison et sont excellents. La chambre classique est spacieuse et confortable avec une baignoire. Nous recommandons vivement le Hammam avec Fatima pour un moment de détente hors du temps et des petites escapades dans la médina pour se promener. Des navettes gratuites sont à disposition pour nous y emmener. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
