Good: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They seemed short staffed at breakfast. They were rushing around and working hard to serve everyone despite how busy it was. Bad: We were on the first floor and were kept awake until about 11pm by people outside playing music from their cars and talking AND by the sound of people in the room above walking around, which sounded as if they were jumping up and down, but from reading other reviews I guess the noise insulation between floors is very poor. I would not have expected this in a newly built hotel.

I’ve stayed in quite a few Premier Inns over recent years and was particularly impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at Ringwood. Always smiling and nothing seemed too much trouble. There were 5 of us on a 3 day cycling holiday and we were all of the same opinion.

The hotel itself seemed clean and functional, but other guests were extremely disruptive and noisy until the early hours. We attempted to complain to reception, but nobody was answering the phone or manning reception. If we had any other options, we would have left before morning. A truly terrible nights sleep.

I was so impressed with Niamh, our waitress in the restaurant. Everything didn’t go 100% right but she just sorted it out, great attitude to customers whatever they wanted. Coped brilliantly at stress times when she probably could have benefitted from a second person available. 💕 to Niamh, thank you very much x

I stayed for just one night whilst on business in the area, not my first stay here at all. On check in I tried to book an early table for dinner with my Meal Deal as I needed to go out again before 7pm but was told that there was a large party in and I couldn't have a table before 6.30. When I explained my predicament, Tobey who was on the desk organised for me to have a table before the restaurant officially opened, he served me quickly and I was finished in time to meet my colleagues. Thank you Tobey for such fantastic service!

Booked to stay for 2 nights in Premier plus room, on arrival told they had double so we ended up in normal room. Cleanliness not great apart from bed and bathroom. Cobwebs behind netcurtain that also had holes and needed a wash. Stained shower curtain. Cleaning staff went in lift before us so made to wait for lift as only one seemed to be working. Toby on the desk tried hard to make up for the mistake, we are still waiting for the refund !!

I always book with Premier Inn, I know exactly what I'm getting. Great room, well decorated, comfy bed, clean bathroom and great shower. Always get a peaceful sleep and feeling refreshed ready for the day ahead. Food is always value for the money, tasty and hot and thanks to waitress and receptionist (Phoebe and Tobey) for their service.
