Very noisy, hard to sleep. Pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no gym and the location is not very beautiful

Houve uma confusão na hora do check-in eu havia reservado dois quartos e havia apenas um em meu nome.
O hotel poderia verificar as tampas de vasos sanitários pois nos dois apartamentos estavam soltas , são de péssima qualidade, o ar condicionado quando liguei começou a descer aqua sem parar mas imediatamente reclamei e subiu um rapaz da manutenção e sanou o problema

Maria was our server, she was so helpful and sweet at all times. Great energy and a great worker to have as a part of your team! Everyone who helped us the night prior to prepare food was great even though we had a team of 20 people. The cooks kept bringing out food & served us politely.

Maria is very nice kind and helpful. She served us with great pleasure and kindness. She is a fantastic server. She took the time to make sure everyone needs met and helped us with whatever we need. She was a blessing to us all. She brought us everything. We need her joy and passion for her job exceeds most servers.

We are at the hotel on a trip visiting friend and had an amazing service with Maria, she was very friendly and attentive during breakfast. She ensured that all the breakfast items were continually stocked and the breakfast bar was clean. Thank you again for the service Maria!
