The receptionist service was adequate, breakfast service was disappointing, the young man didn't seem to care and was looking at his phone most of the time while the older man seemed to be doing everything...the food didn't seem fresh and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Our room had a bad smell and there were stains everywhere I looked both inside the room and the general hotel.

Acreditamos que o café da manhã pode ser melhorado. A variedade dos produtos estava ótima, porém a qualidade de alguns itens deixou a desejar.

Hotel com excelente localização, próximo à praia, comércio, e estações de metrô. Atendimento e café da manhã bons. instalações prediais em bom estado, exceto as áreas da piscina e academia que precisam ser modernizadas e mais bem cuidadas.

Atendimento na recepção ótimo, porém fiquei em um quarto com lençóis sujos aparentemente, não sei se eram manchas ou sujeira, ao entrar embaixo do lençol, senti a sensação de ter areia na cama, o cheiro de produto de limpeza forte, amaciante, não sei o que era. É impossível assitir tv, porém a qualidade na imagem era horrível, não só da tv, mas também da tv a cabo. Tv não tinha conexão com internet, não era possivel assistir Netflix. O café da manhã, a comida estava fria. Não fiquei satisfeito. A equipe da limpeza e cozinha não tem culpa, erros acontecem, essas pessoas precisam apenas de um treinamento melhor, tornando a experiência do hóspede melhor. Resumindo, não gostei da experiência, não dormi direito e nem comi direito. Esse é meu feedback.
