We had just arrived from Philadelphia and we were tired and a little out of sorts. Our receptionist, Esmeralda Johnson was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took care of all of our requests in a cheerful manner. We could not have asked for a better greeting. The room was nice and clean. It was an excellent stay.

Friendly staff and big space room. Enjoyed the breakfast. Negatives were thin walls you could hear everything, and no pool was available (but appreciated the staff giving an option of going to the hotel next door to swim but too inconvenient)

The hotel is showing its age. They were working on painting so perhaps they are sprucing it up. My room was fine and clean, but there were two garbage bags in the hallway that didn't get moved overnight. It was fine for what I needed - a short, over-night stay near the airport. Would not have wanted to vacation there. The exercise room had several pieces of equipment that were not plugged in.

Terrible! Poor service. Very loud all around but especially the room above. Staff was not helpful in getting the room above to quiet down. Got 2 hours of sleep.

Decent overall, we would have liked to know the pool was broken before we booked. Very active **** smell in the room refreshed by people smoking into our air intake. Average overall, the room was nice.

It is a beautiful building and nice rooms. The lobby is super comfy with overstuffed pillows I saw more than one tyke just curl up and fall asleep on. However, there were some decisions obviously made at the management level that took away from the experience. Despite reserving a room that sleeps 6, they only stocked it with 2 towels and 5 pillows. I asked both nights of our stay if they had extra, and was told no both times. The included breakfast was delicious, though understocked for a holiday weekend. If they would just add back in the perks to which we are used to at this price point, it would be perfect!

Great value for the money, great value. They aren't always prepared. They run out of towels, plates, etc. You can get a suite with breakfast for $100 CAD/night so it was expected. We will go back. We stayed a week and would do so again.
