This hotel is very good. It is in a building from the 1820s. The location is also very good, one step away from the Colosseum. But one thing worth reminding is that the key pick-up place is some distance away from the hotel, about a kilometer walk. The key pick-up place is also a hotel. The front desk will ask you if you want to stay there. Remember, don’t just try to save trouble. , I went upstairs and took a look, it was like a slum, damp and dark, small ones couldn't get in. I resolutely decided to choose the one I booked, and it was indeed different. It had a bedroom, living room, and two bathrooms.

This hotel DOES NOT EXIST. They send you to The valle hotel, which has nothing to do with the hotel you book, the hotel is upward like 4 blocks, if you are carrying luggage this is not an easy thing to do and they don’t tell you this until you arrive to the location where it’s supposed to be.

We booked for 3 nights, two rooms. We arrived late on Sunday night and check in is at Hotel Valle a 5 min walk from studios. The reception informed us we could not stay at Colosseo but could not tell me why. Simply “ I don’t know, I start work an hour ago” then explained we would stay the night in Hotel Valle. What an absolute s*** hole! Oh also told “ sorry no hot water, hopefully be ok tomorrow as it’s Monday”! The 2nd and 3 rd night we’re spent in Colosseo slightly better rooms in appearance. However the window was hanging off its hinges and the toilet then blocked. No breakfast here, have to go back to Hotel Valle, which to be fair was just as bad as the rooms! Would NOT recommend to anyone on any budget. Customer service awful from beginning to end

Room located in a central building in Via Cavour. The decor is a bit dated, both at the entrance and in the room. The room however was quite spacious and with a comfortable bed. Also equipped with sofa, hob and TV. Spacious and functional bathroom.

We stayed here for 3 nights and for all 3 days we couldn't take a shower. From the first day there was no hot water and for 2 days we were forced to move to the Valle hotel just to be able to take a shower. On the third day we tried again, but needless to say the water got cold again after not even a few minutes. Although the problem has been reported several times, it has not been solved, receiving the response "the technician has checked and there is hot water", needless to say that the hot water lasted 2 minutes and then returned to ice. Talking to the owners proved futile as they did not come around to see the problem or to issue an apology. Indeed, even our ability to turn on the hot water button inside the bathroom has been questioned, when that button has been turned on and off over and over again, but obviously we preferred to screw ** **ne of the problem and do not take responsibility. The only positive note is the location and the cleanliness of the room, for the rest even a trivial service such as the wi-fi did not go anywhere in the room and therefore it was impossible to use the telephone inside the structure, as there was no 'was not even field.
