The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man.

The apar**ent itself was very modern and beautiful! There was plenty of space for our family. The elevator worked great. The AC was good.
Unfortunately the washing mashine was broken but our host gave us access to the one in the basement. The dishwash wasnt working properly and one of the showerheads was broken which they repaired immendiatly. Our biggest concern was that in the advertisement for the property it states that there is a pool, sauna, spa services and the ability for guests to order breakfast. None of this was true. We chose this apar**ent mostly because of the pool which there were even pictures of. This was very disappointing. The host was more than helpful and very welcoming.

Massimo who checked us in was wonderful throughout our stay. He ensured the couple of times we needed it that we had transportation. He was very responsive to all of our requests. The apar**ent was well equipped with the basics including coffee!
The location itself has limitations. It's quite a ways from the center of Rome in a working class neighborhood. There aren't many options for dining. The grocery store is a long walk away. The metro and train station are accessible, but also a bit of a hike.
