I stayed here for one night. Breakfast was not provided. The room was okay, hot water took a long time to get warm. The neighborhood was sketchy. The manager was rude and does not reply to messages in the booking app. Check out is ridiculously early at 10:30. They came before that time banging on the door as I was gathering my items. When I requested a receipt, this lady said no and I as unprofessional until I persisted to get a printout. Go to a hostel, you’ll get better service with free breakfast and better location.

This review it is not for the accommodation which probably it is ok but it’s for the people who manage accommodation. Last month I have booked a room for a period in march at a very good price and with the possibility to pay at the property. Unexpectedly a day before yesterday they ask me through booking app to update my card because it is not valid (It is very valid). After several emails to the property and few calls (of course nobody answered to me) I contacted the *********** staff (great services by the way) and they got in touch with the property and I was assured that until 18 march I have to pay nothing and so on Therefore I update the card (same card with some money on it) and the reservation was confirmed again but suddenly in this evening they cancelled my reservation. I called again at the property (no answer) and when I checked the availability of the rooms the prices were almost double. It’s all about the money!

Good location as it is near the Termini central station and the subway. Although Termini is not a top area of Rome, the location is located in a very quiet area. The price is exaggerated compared to the room and the service

Due to the train derailment today in Florence we were unable to reach the property. Even though we promptly called to inform them of the problem, the hotel did not respond in the slightest to our request to be able to move the dates of the stay (we didn't even want a refund, but only to move the date, even paying a surcharge). ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Excellent B&B location close to metro B, Roma Termini station and bus stop. The rooms are welcoming and large, the bathroom functional. Great cleanliness, in the room there is a kettle available to prepare tea or coffee. The bed large and comfortable.

It looks to all intents and purposes like a hotel. Beautifully run, with clean, well-ordered rooms. There is a kit for breakfast, coffee, tea and chamomile (with an excellent kettle) to also prepare some treats. Kind and friendly staff. Definitely among the best places to stay in Rome for short trips.

We booked for the weekend of April 25th, they canceled our reservation 3 days before with the excuse of an invalid credit card...among other things, the payment was also in the structure! The credit card in question was very valid as we booked elsewhere without problems, although unfortunately we had to change destination and also lose the money for the train reservation. A situation like this has never happened to us... for any problem, they could easily contact us, but they certainly preferred to cancel our booking made 1 month before, and grab another last minute booking with DOUBLE THE PRICE!! !! they're smart...

Ottimo B6B, pulitissimo, confortevole in zona centrale vicino alla Stazione Termini. Cortesia ed efficienza a disposizione dei clienti. Comodo anche il parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe, pur a pagamento. Sicuramente ci torneremo al prossimo viaggio a Roma.
