Location was close to everything so no real need to take public transportation. I stayed there at the end of November and it was pretty quiet which was great! Id stay here again if travelling to Rome.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Upscale hotel in a convenient location to Termini Station and many good restaurants and sites. Small "hotel", with only 6 rooms. Communicated with part-time staff using What's App.Staff was quite helpful and spoke English with me.

It was my first time in Rome. It is a room well located close to the important places, you can walk almost to every important place. Super nice personnel, Chiara and Nicole, thanks! It is quiet although the area is crowded. Small nice cafe and restaurants. Through the hotel you can book a 10 euros breakfast in the cafe over the street. We only had trouble some mornings with getting enough hot water to take a shower. It was 30°C so it was ok, but in winter time,I would suggest to check the hot water availability.

Clean and located walking distance from a lot of the famous sites + great restaurants nearby. However, the people living upstairs, I believe it’s apartments not hotel since hotel rooms were on the third floor of the apartment complex, were extremely loud slamming doors from 2AM-4AM both nights. The WiFI was broken when we arrived and the airline strike changed our flight without notice and the hotel wouldn’t offer a 1 night refund with proof of unwanted flight change. The tours we booked in the area understood and gave us a refund. The world is a crazy place right now and these tourist companies should be more forgiving when unwanted changes happen to travelers. Especially when there’s problems during the stay like loudness and WiFI issues.

Our first time in rome and it was a great experience made more wonderful with an energetic welcome from nicol & ciara who helped us a lot from organizing the pick up from airport until when we left the last day (they can keep your bags safe). our room was big enough for the three of us and the AC was a life saver during hot season (not all hotels have that such working AC). the only thing negative is that there is no reception in the afternoon sometimes but they are reachable by phone anytime (so not bad at all). we hope to return soon and we'll book again here.
