The room was a little deteriorated and the cleaning was regular, the buffet was very good but there was a misunderstanding with the parking for the motorcycle.

We arrived late in the afternoon and I thought there were quite a few people at the reception and checking in was quite quick. Varied and complete breakfast. The relationship with the price of the room is very positive. The room is spacious and the shower is very comfortable. We got a sea view room. I will repeat.

Brilliant hotel, great food. Drinks were nice, staff really friendly. Excellent value for money. We loved the toasties I make urself at the pool buffet. Definitely good value and great holiday. The entertainment was ok, rooms nice. Paintwork could do with a fresh lick but no complaints overall. There’s always something different for lunch and dinner, plenty of variety, the soup was great! Live chefs, loads of choices, you can’t go wrong. Authentic French breakfast croissants! Amazing.

Lovely friendly hotel, right near the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Great bus service outside the hotel. Staff smiley, friendly and very helpful. Had a lovely sea view room on the 2nd floor. Lots of food variety.

Positive points..... Hotel was spotless, recently done up by the looks of things. Domestic staff always keep on top of things. Negative points..... apart from when calling the bingo numbers the entertainment didn't speak in English which ment we were left out of alot of things. The daytime activities don't tell you where to meet and they only go round 1 of the 2 pools to let people know about them. I was there for 10 days and only realised they did activities after 5 days as I was using the other pool. All inclusive snack bar was disgusting. Food was put there in a morning and was never refreshed.... freezing cold and rubbery. Main food was not labeled for allergies and was cold and mainly fish in or on everything. Which made eating very limited. Was doing building work while there. I made the most of what I could but as a solo English person wouldn't go again or recommend to anyone. Any other people I spoke to said the same about the food.

The hotel is very modern and centrally located . The rooms are spacious, my room was on a high floor with a panoramic seaview. A modern bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash. The whole hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. There's a good choice of food and it's hot, unlike some hotels. The staff are welcoming and lovely. A special.mention to Marta, Head of Reception and her colleague Jose. I'd like to thank them for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. Both staff members are friendly and professional. Also, a mention to Gabriel in the bar/restaurant and Jesud in the restaurant were also very hard workers and always cheerful. Entertainment was great. The team worked extremely hard up until midnight. I stayed all-inclusive, and it was good. I stayed for 7 nights and the weather was beach weather every day. I've already booked for 2 weeks in September
