This hotel is a disaster with surly untrained employees and absent management. We checked in at 3:30pm having travelled all day from southern Spain only to be told the room was not ready. It became available 15 minutes later. Being hungry we went to the brasserie which was not open for food until 7pm. We went back at 7 and were told the brasserie was fully booked. We asked to see the manager of the hotel but he was not on the premises. No room service and the restaurant won’t open until 2025. Today the lift is out of service so climb the stairs with luggage to get to the room. Absolutely no assistance. Enter the room at 5:30pm and it is still not made up. Breakfast is a scrum of people in an overcrowded room. Scrambled eggs made from powdered eggs and stone cold.

Aside from the somewhat cold jacuzzi and the lack of bathrobes in the rooms of the Cèdres building, the place is pleasant on a site which is finishing its work (green spaces, Golf). The sauna and Hammam are great. The bed and sheets are very good, the facilities are new. Breakfast is very good and taken in a room of the castle.

Good from start to finish; The spa is as it should be, the meal is good and the massage sublime. All with high-quality staff (especially at reception and at the Spa). With sunshine, it must be even better, but, well, no responsibility for the area.

Brasserie 205: small menu, good selection of wines, starter/main course/dessert reasonably priced and really very very good. Very cool spa. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Brunch at the castle is a delight, in a superb setting. I highly recommend !

Very well received. The room is very spacious, clean and very comfortable bedding. The spa part good moments of very pleasant relaxation. The staff is friendly. A sumptuous estate, a room with a huge bed and quality bedding, lots of little details in the room that make us feel like an “important” guest, a very natural, very rejuvenating setting and a very appreciable spa! We are impressed from the moment we arrive by the castle and the complex which have been tastefully redesigned. For our visit to Brasserie 205 - however, we remain on our end. 1 hair in the starter Warm lamb dishes with cold gravy. A glass of lukewarm white… an approximate and very young service to accompany us throughout the meal. However, the dishes are very well presented, fresh and the dishes are superb! The enchanting setting. A few details to refine to enjoy the place in the coming weeks. We will come back without problem.
