Tru by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

Very friendly hotel staff, nice hotel! My room was like a closet compared to the rest of the guest rooms in our party, also the parking is expensive per night.

$45 a night or you can park on the street. This is not listed in the details. Would not have booked here if I had known.

Elevators were slow and sometimes out of service. Front desk helped me to understand how to request a refund from ******* after the funds provided were insufficient and i needed to pay again at the front desk.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Transworld in St. Louis. Tucked away just a short walk from the Convention Center downtown, this hotel had easy access, room was clean and comfortable, and the check in/out process was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay and the staff was great! We didn't check out until the last minute and the cleaning lady was sitting outside of our room on the floor waiting for us to leave... that made us feel awkward and should probably be addressed. Other than that, great stay!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was ok. Street next to hotel was closed so it was difficult to find hotel.

Everything was good with our room and reservation. The breakfast area was not great they were out of syrup no forks no waffle mix no pancakes no napkins or cups for juice. The worker was walking around talking on his cell phone while all of this was going on. There was no sausage, the eggs were cold and no oatmeal my daughter went downstairs after I did about 30 min later and nothing had changed

Terrible. We’re on a college visit and after driving all the way to the hotel the told us they had sold our room out from under us and had nothing else and nowhere else to send us.

Property was average - breakfast was above par but the card for the lights is inconvenient and the parking situation is terrible. 45 bucks a day to valet w no other option is unacceptable
