It was very noisy both nights, and on the convenience side, there is no elevator to help with luggage, and also, the phone in the room did not work. We had to call with our cell phone to reach reception.

Hotel was everything I needed. Breakfast/Coffee area was clean and well stocked. Coffee and other hot drinks available 24 hours. Room was a bit cold, even when I adjusted thermostat, but that was a very minor issue. Overall a great stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean room. Comfortable. Only issue was AC rattled when thermostat kicked on. Had to get up to turn off and just had fan on.

The book a single room with a sofa. The bed was not king size. We ask the two young ladies at the front desk for a room to help us get a room with two beds. They could do that because it was against the hotel policy. We ask to talk to hotel manager. They refused to do let us talk to the hotel manager. We left the hotel to find a two bed stay in another hotel. They said the hotel manager would call us back. Instead the clerck called back to say that we could not recover part of the 200$ already fully paid. I do not recommend a stay at Shawinigan Comfort Inn hotel. Instead I recommend Hotel Marineau in nearby Grand-Mère. Way better for less money.
