A normal hotel, in the pretty, already beloved town of San Clemente. Near the beach, shops and cafes. We booked because of the availability of a grill and before checking in we checked to see if it was working. In the end, it didn’t work, thanks to the staff, we tried to measure the gas cylinder, but it didn’t help, we couldn’t fry anything properly. There is breakfast, but it's coffee, fruit, juice and a bun in a bag. The rooms themselves are decent, but in some places they need renovation

The hotel is in the process of upgrading as it is very dated. The people that check you in and check you out are very kind and welcoming.

The room was outdated, a funny smell and desperately needs renovation.

It was old and definitely needs to be updated. The staff were friendly and accommodating and they did have a nice "grab n go" breakfast items daily at the front desk.

The rooms were clean and property was attractive. Staff was pleasant but not very knowledgeable. Advertised a hot breakfast but all we got was a brown bag of some fruits and packaged muffins etc. false advertising to say the least.

The rooms are sizable and comfy, the hotel is in a quiet area but has several walkable dining options, the amenities are very nice (including a heated 6 ft deep pool, spa, free breakfast, fitness room, wifi), and their staff is friendly and helpful.

The building is dated and a bit shabby but the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. As an inexpensive place to just sleep during a long drive, it is convenient and quite adequate.

It’s a beautiful property outside, and lacking in maintenance and upkeep inside. Personally, I won’t be staying here again. Noisy AC/heat, noise from laundry, a worn out mattress lower at the headboard than at the feet, stains on mattress, and the whole unit needs to be updated such as rusty bathtub, shelves removed with silicone patch in the shower, and uncomfortable pillows.
