The amazingNess does't show in the photos. AMAZING PLACE!!! We slept in the modern apartment which was so pampering. Heated floor, every day we got cleaning service and milk coffee, orange juice, cornflakes...The parents room is right above the river, so we woke up in nature, with rabbits running around. In the premises, small river with geese floating around and a marvelous mountain view. The pools are amazing too , heated, so we got the full experience, even when it was cold. In short, don't miss this experience!

Terrible customer service and a dishonest hotel! The only hotel in Argentina that makes you pay the exact amount in dollars indicated on ***********, that asks you to check in 15 minutes from your accommodation and that asks you to go and get the change from another establishment because they don't know how to reimburse you. Soon, they will ask you to clean your room. It's simply scandalous to have paid more for a night than the Llao Llao resort! Never go to this establishment...

EXCELENTE UBICACIÖN !!! Fuimos 6 amigas. Nos hospedamos en la presidencial. Sofía de la recepción excelente predisposición. GRACIAS camas cómodas, dos baños completos. Cocina cómoda y vista abierta.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we stayed at the Don Fermin house, owned by them. We had a party of 7 and the house comfortably slept 10. It’s a two story house with nice views, horses in the yard, rabbits, birds. It’s about 15 minutes from town but is a quiet, beautiful location. The house has a full kitchen and you have access to 2 swimming pools that were both heated. One night the town had a major water pipe problem and we were without water. They brought us large water bottles and buckets. Also, they will exchange your US currency for Argentina at the hotel’s front desk (which is located in town). This house was ideal for our group of 7.

The apartment was good but the service very very poor. Every day we have to ask for coffee or jam or something because we were 8 and always something was missing. We have problems with the parking and with the towels. I will not recommend this place

Excelente lugar, cómodo, las cabañas son amplias, tienen una limpieza muy destacable, el servicio es súper completo están muy bien equipadas en la cocina. Cuenta con estufa a leña como opción, también aire y calefacción con radiador. Estacionamiento amplio y quincho con vista al río Recomendables al 100%

El lugar es paradisíaco. Muy buen equipamiento, mobiliario, perfectamente ubicado. Todo el personal excelente atención y amabilidad. Hasta nos informaron situacion de las rutas durante el viaje. El desayuno también muy bueno. Buen estacionamiento. Y muy seguro.

El lugar fue un descubrimiento. El alojamiento impecable, la atencion eficiente, el equimaniento nuevo y bueno, el wifi no fallo nunca y el dueno nos mostro las casa de madera. Seguro que volveremos para vivir la experiencia con un grupo mas grande. Imperdible.

Esta ubicado en un lugar mágico, nosotros estuvimos en un departamento súper cómodo, y bien equipado, calefaccionado, con todo el lujo en servicios y la atención de la gente un 10. La pileta y los senderos donde hay arroyitos, patos y unos paisajes imborrables, tuvimos la suerte que nevó .Recomiendo el lugar.
