Sea Breeze Inn - San Simeon Reviews

The hotel is located on the highway. Parking is convenient. The room has a lot of space and can open four 28-inch suitcases. The only thing is that there is insufficient light and poor sound insulation. Even the snoring, conversation and footsteps in the isolation room can be heard.

This hotel is a little gem. Nice and quiet for a peaceful getaway. Only problem is there is no elevator but the stairs are not really that steep. Just beware if you have issues with stairs.

What a beautiful place for an overnight getaway. Short walk to the beach from the hotel. Pool was closed, which was too bad. Otherwise great stay.

This property is great for those who like to be by the ocean, close to the elephant seal rookeries, near to some great hiking, and only a few miles from the amenities of Cambria.

This is a very clean and reasonably priced option for a well equipped updated room with a comfy bed. No balconies, but nice large windows for a morning view of the ocean. Decent TV viewing options. Cheery and efficient check-in. At least 3 restaurants nearby.

Although we had no power until 2am, it was one of the better motels we stayed in in this price range in our entire week of traveling. It was very clean, room was well maintained, and there was no smell of smoke or **** at all. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I loved this property. The pros were that they were actually two showers in one which was super cool for my partner and I. It was a little stuffy with the furniture, it could have been more spacious. But the bathroom was super spacious. The staff was helpful the area was really nice, one of the big cons though was that there was not anywhere nearby to eat other than a convenience store a ways away which the staff informed us on. Since it's slightly off the grid, it was super safe and the parking was very easy. Other than that, it was nice to wake up to a view of the ocean. I would recommend

I really like that it was walking distance to the water. I was able to hear the noise of the waves from my room. Very clean and quiet rooms.

Basic room for a good price. We could hear our noisy neighbors above us. Beds were ok. Pool was drained, but it was December.

We left our Kipling travel bag by accident and they mailed it to us. Maria was very patient and gave her extra mile to bring our huge bag to FedEx. I am so thankful because my wife's prayer booklet that is older than our kids was inside that bag. Aside from this the hotel rooms are clean, spacious and they clean the rooms daily.. Big plus for the microwave and refrigerator. Again thank you Maria.

Room was very clean and updated. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything, bed was nice, furniture was updated, bathroom was clean, bathrub was very clean, bath walls modern and updated, sink was good. Overall excellent place to stay.

The rooms were beautiful and clean! Friendly staff and a great stay!

Clean and quiet. Near the beach.. kinda pricey for 2 queen beds for 2 nights...but maybe thats the norm these days. Room was small, but had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom was small also, but clean. Very near Hearst Castle, Cambria and elephant seals.. I'd recommend!

Sea breeze is a great place to stay. We had a mini vaca in the san simeon and cambria area.
