Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Orlando - Sanford

Receptionist was super nice and friendly. Room was really clean and even small good and was surprisingly roomy and well equipped 👍👍 Breakfast was not so good, just coffee, muffins, granola bars and yogurt. All plastic wrapped which was actually good for hygienic wise. What bothered most was during the booking the price went up 30% just when I submitted my reservation. Not nice actually evil thing to do . Everything else was great . Rooms were also quiet so good for sleeping, lots of parking space. Quality wise I could go again.

The lady at front desk not super friendly, ask for coffee and tea for the room had to cone down ourselves to get and seemed we where inconvenience them and not hair dryer in room amd 2 cockroaches crawling on walls .. but the rooms themselves where updated and modern amd clean. Price was cheaper when we got there but not compensated for difference as was through *******. Noisy could here kids screaming until 4 am. Not a great stay but nice decor and bed

Staff wasn’t very friendly and we saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor. We tried talking to staff about it at checkout but no one was working the counter.

when we checked in the attendant said we had to pay a security deposit of $250 she said i will lower it $100 because we were only staying one night. i said what this for and she said no smoking, we don't, no pets, had none, and clean up, i said what, we had to put any trash in a special room down the hall or we would be charged out of the $100 never heard of such a thing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean . It was also very quiet in the room we stayed in ( 204) our only complaint, if you will , was that the water in the shower did not get very hot , altho the sink was fine. We would stay again.

This property is nicely located close to shopping and dining. There’s plenty of parking and check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

On 02/01/24, I booked a reservation to the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Orlando Sanford through ******* and paid the total of $163 for a room at the hotel on 02/14/24-02/15/24. I arrived at the hotel on 02/14/24 around 7:00pm and was greeted by the front desk attendant, Abby O. I told Abby about my reservation and the confirmation number but she said she didn’t see my name and the confirmation number was to another guest. I showed her my receipt and she asked to see my bank statements because she alleged I could have canceled the charge. As you can imagine, asking to see a guest’s bank statements to prove they paid for a hotel after they’ve showed them the receipt is very unprofessional. Regardless, I drove multiple hours for a business meeting and needed a room so I showed her my credit card statement showing her I didn’t cancel the payment. She proceeded to call someone and speak Tagalog. She then got off the phone and said there must be a glitch in the system and can’t do anything. When I asked her for another room she said the hotel was full. She then declined ever asking to see my bank statement when another guest at the front desk commented how unprofessional she was and that I needed to call management. When I asked for Abby’s full name for the complaint, she got offended and said she would only say her last name is O.

The property was clean. The room was spacious. Front desk was amazing and friendly. Coffee is not available after breakfast. No coffee maker in room. No hair dryer in room but, furnished one at the front desk upon asking. The room could use a rug to make it feel less vacant.

The accommodation was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I tried to call for assistance but the in room phone didn’t work, tried using my own phone to call the front desk, instead of reaching the front desk my call was routed to the main reservation center. No help there. Bottom line disappointed.
