The place was closed, it is not a hotel, I called the telephone numbers, the reservation number and the ones shown at the entrance and no one answered, I sent a WhatsApp to the Casa Hollywood telephone number, I wanted to speak to the Hotel service and I could not speak to anyone After an hour I had to look for another hotel and when I had been staying for more than half an hour, the one from Casa Hollywood answered my WhatsApp just to apologize.
