Pequeno-almoço tem pouca variedade e é colocado na bancada da receção.
São os funcionários da receção que fazem a limpeza dos pequenos -almoços.
Estivemos duas noite hospedados e o nosso quarto não foi limpo. Frigorífico do nosso quarto não estava a funcionar (e como acendia a luz) não nos apercebemos e a acabou por estragar a medicação do meu marido.
Não há copos nem águas no quarto.
Para hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar...

For a B&B, it was good. However, there were no organization ofr the fact that they knew that a bigger group will arrive and need to change for a wedding and leave witin an hour... The buffet during breakfast was created at the reception, which was okay, but the fact that the coffee / juice machine was harder to find, is not a good sign. The view from the 6th Floor room was superb and on the city.

Un ascenseur qui fait un bruit horrible sans arrêt. Pas de rideaux occultant il fait jours dans la chambre dès que le soleil se lève. On peut sentir tout les ressorts du matelas et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables Le seul point positif c’est que c’est propre mais au niveau du confort c’est zéro.

Estava tudo muito limpo, terem sempre disponivel a máquina do cafe, leite, chocolate com leite, etc, é uma mais valia, o pessoal é muito simpático, o pequeno almoço foi razoável, a garagem nãotem facil acesso, ou seja para sair é necessário ter algum cuidado

Situado no centro da cidade de Felgueiras, este hotel é uma ótima opção na zona. O espaço está bem conseguido, tendo a opção de quartos e também de apartamentos. Os apartamentos são bons, com divisões amplas e cozinha. A limpeza é muito boa e as camas são confortáveis. A localização é excelente, super central e perto de tudo. O staff é simpático e atencioso. Recomendo.
