民宿小小的，很乾凈，房間佈置温馨，離水稻公園比較近，門口有兩個車位。就是二樓需提行李。

房間很小很小 接近300元訂的 真是很不值當 窗後有一個住家 養着狗和鵝 晚上狗叫喚 然後是鵝叫 早上七點不到鵝和狗一起叫 店家也沒啥服務可言 一百元住還行 200左右就別定這個了吧

房間非常乾淨！！！距離林旺夜市走路幾分鐘就到了，老闆還會很貼心還給我們攻略，避坑很多事情，服務一流，水和飲料都免費喝，真的太好了！老闆還會提前給我們開好空凋，太讚了，極力推薦這家民宿！！！下次來玩一定還來入住，想避坑的朋友們來這家民宿一定不會錯！

入住前給我們提前打了電話，然後把房間空凋提前開好，真的神仙老闆，他們家的飲料和水都免費的，還有小冰箱非常方便，周邊有個林旺夜市走過去幾分鐘就到了，蜈支洲島，後海也就十來分鐘車程，樓下停車也很方便，老闆還給了我們一份不踩雷的攻略真的非常好，連住了3天，還有個送機服務，第一次不想踩坑的朋友來入住他們家就對了 ，老闆會幫我們避坑，神仙民宿非常值得推薦入住哦！！！

交通方便，距離水稻公園非常近，走路也能走過去，離林旺夜市也非常近，是個朋友聚會或者家庭出遊，就是房間味道有點重

這家民宿真的是我來三亞這麼多次，入住最舒服的了，#很乾凈#很舒服#吃的也多#很安靜#空氣很好 ，大家來三亞旅遊真的首先這家民宿就對了，真的嘎嘎的好！！！我是跟我媽媽一起來旅行的，住了5天～ 可以洗衣服有洗衣機樓下可以烘乾衣服，房間不大不小正好，我們定大床，睡兩個人正好，3個人會擠，不推薦3個人定大床，他家有雙床可以定，可以住3個人，寶寶小可以住4個人沒問題，哈哈哈哈哈～ 他家礦泉水免費喝，可樂也是。房間有冰箱咖啡機，樓下有洗衣機烘乾機一體的，很齊全啦，春節我們還要來玩～定了初三他家民宿，一千多一點，價格也很優惠，三亞旺季人太多了，不提前定真的定不到他家！！！樓下的機車都好帥，拍了好多照片，有駕照的可以騎車，真的帥炸了！！！！推薦大家來入住這家民宿#亦聞民宿

裝修還行，但是衞生條件堪憂，住第一晚就過敏，當時沒想到是酒店的問題，還續訂了一晚，特別後悔，過敏加重了。毛巾都起球了，一擦到處都是毛。。位置倒是就在林旺街附近

這次出門猶豫了下不知道住哪裡好，朋友推薦了亦聞民宿，就訂了下來。過來確實沒有讓我失望，房間的裝修風格給人的感覺簡約乾淨，是我喜歡的類型。服務員也很禮物，衞生打掃很乾凈。周邊交通便利，特別是離免税店很近。這次入住體驗挺不錯噢 值得推薦
