The location is very good. The Paulista Avenue where the hotel is located is the highest point in São Paulo. It is surrounded by financial institutions and major banks. It is very convenient to exchange Pakistani currencies. Paulista Avenue is very prosperous and safe, and the police can see it within a few steps. As for the hotel, the service is not bad in all aspects, the rooms are also big, but they are a bit old, some smell, and there is no coffee machine and kettle in the room. Breakfast is good, pure Western breakfast. Local characteristic fruits, you can drink hot water, hot milk, and hot coffee. All in all it's not bad, I will choose here next time.

The service at this hotel is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable and could use a little updating. It was difficult not having a plug near the bed or a clock in the room, so it was difficult knowing what time it was when you’re laying in bed. But they did provide water and an outlet converter, which was thoughtful. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I really enjoyed showering at this hotel. I did go the the gym, which was small, but nice. I wish they had towels available to wipe off sweat during your workout. The pool is also on the roof and it looked very private and relaxing. The restaurant is also very luxurious. The breakfast offerings looked very tasty! Overall a great stay!

We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

If you are going to make shopping in the centre or visit the historic center the place is ideal, despite the region scaring a little, the hotel has parking and is quite safe, clean and well-cared, you could have a more varied breakfast, but is satisfied mainly by the food options in the region, large and comfortable rooms, with emphasis on beds and excellent shower, recommend

I stayed in more than 10 different IHG's Holiday Inn and InterContinental units worldwide, most of the time on business. I have never seen such top top quality in terms of hotel management and service like what I witnessed at Holiday Inn Anhembi, Sao Paulo (maybe the biggest unit of the brand in the world). 1. quality of service; 2. quality of gym; 3. taste of food; 4. silence; 5. quality of aircon; 6. positive attitude of all employees. The room was good for a person, clean and organized, but my air conditioning did not work, I asked 3x to get it up and nobody went there to see, and I paid a lot for the air, the last time I asked the guy had the face of a pad to say he called in my suite and I was there. I didn't answer, but I could call the normal reception, or he made a disappointment, but the shower was hot, but it was not a hairdryer, and it was not controlled, softened the whole bathroom, badly. The night was very noisy, my room was in the 3rd floor and all the air above was pinking near the window... and the window only opened on one side. Breakfast OK. care about the hotel surroundings, very dangerous, especially the night. I just don't give horrible pq cleaning and breakfast was good. and some of the sympathetic attendants, but only some.

Bathroom: shower in drops, broken glasses entered frozen nine degrees in São Paulo, without counting the lower part of the door cut by where the wind entered. Bed: small but comfortable. Covered without plastic I didn't use because of the acars. Room: the lamp was not working, but the hotel changed when I asked. No noise, I slept well breakfast: to the hotel level, until reasonable. Parking: a absurd to charge 15 reals for that garage per day, not being third-party, but from the hotel itself. Hosting: I reserved a couple bed and there was like a single guest. The hotel charged me the difference. You didn't get to work to solve with Booking.com. You said it was a system problem, but I didn't have any fault. I could have been exempt from the 40 real differences, but they didn't care. I decided to leave the hotel.
