Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

It's just outside the subway station. It looks grand and grand, and you can see the high construction standards. The staff is well trained, responds quickly, handles problems very professionally, and handles some details very well. My favorite was the fried cod. However, the room facilities are old and have many flaws: the quilt does not use a quilt cover, but the quilt is added with cotton wool, which I personally dislike. The cotton wool is very dirty and will itch when it comes into contact with the skin; the shower needs to be adjusted with two faucets of hot and cold water, which is very troublesome to operate. , it is easy to be scalded by hot water; the toilet seat is like a soldering iron, and the power cannot be cut off and the heat cannot be adjusted, even if it is covered with a towel; the amount of cold water in the washbasin is extremely small

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as it was planned within the itinerary. Even though it seemed to be quite near to amenities, it was pretty hard for us to walk so far during snowy days. Unlike the hotels we stayed in other parts of Hokkaido, this hotel has limited amenities. We had to walk out to the nearest convenience store, about 10 mins brisk walk away, to get some food and drinks in late night. Room is comparatively smallest amongst the hotels we stayed in this trip. Can only say that this hotel meet minimum needs. Service and cleanliness wise, it is not bad.

I didn't have a good idea about this hotel at first. I only think it is a place for temporary rest. But when I got there, I saw the environment around the hotel and the facilities inside it was right for me. There is a supermarket and a subway station less than 100 metres away. There is hot water for everyone to drink and a very clean public bath. There is also a large bath in the bathroom that is crystal clear. Upon check-in, you will find that the store will put the national flag of the tourists from all over the country in a corner of the reception desk.

The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area.
