Hotel House N

It's near Tokyo Station and the facilities are comfortable for sleeping alone! I also recommend it to other solo travelers!! However, it was disappointing that my roommate was noisy.

位置普通，需要走5-10分鐘可以抵達電車、地鐵、公車站，房間非常乾淨舒服。 客廳是對外營業的餐廳，營業時間到02:00，偶爾會影響休息，有點特別。適合單人旅客，如果是情侶需要空間的話，需要自行斟酌。

酒店很超值, 地理位置未算很偏僻, 由狸小路步行要大概20分鐘左右, 唯晚間前台的煮聲音也不少, 但整體舒服

It's a great hotel with a very low price!! Each room was private, very clean, and each room had its own bath and toilet. It's the same as a hotel, you have to pay for it, but I'm satisfied with the food provided.In winter, I ate a lot of famous ramen near Mt.Moiwa. The staff were hospitable and very nice, and it's located in the city, close to Susukino. I will also use it when I go to Sapporo. Thank you ☺️

I was told that I would receive a check-in email 48 hours before check-in, but it never arrived. The location was inconvenient, so when I finally found it, it looked like a private lodging (maybe it was), but there were only regular apartment doors, and I couldn't tell where the front desk was. A man opened the door and told me he was not in the hotel business, and gave me his key number. Apparently the person in charge was a foreigner who was on holiday, and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to enter the hotel. There are no amenities including toothbrushes. It was great that the room was new and clean. However, even after 24:00, there was loud chatter and the loud banging of something being banged on, making it extremely noisy, something that has rarely been seen in recent years. When you check out, you are left unattended and the table is 'checked out'. I left a note saying 'Thank you', my room number and the key. When I made the reservation, the check-out time was 11 o'clock even though it said 15 o'clock, and everything was sloppy and careless. I started to worry that Japan would be roughly taken over by foreigners.

We stayed for two consecutive days, but the first day was overbooked so we moved to an alternative hotel. I stayed at this facility on the second day, but the quality of the staff was the lowest of any guest house I've ever stayed at. It's hard to find the location, and they won't give you information about how to unlock the entrance or how to store your room key unless you (the customer) ask.
