Tiny House Siesta

Horrible place. Booked 7 nights and looking to get out after the first night. Stay away if possible at any cost. Everything they used in this tiny houses are the cheapest they could possibly find below even Ikea quality. The couch we had did not even have cushions. Impossible to sleep in these tiny dumps as external AC unit shakes the whole house. The noise from next door will be waking you up every 15 min as the houses are located to close to each other.

This was so fun staying here. It is cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed at, acutely decorated and everywhere you looked were amenities: glasses, wine glasses, silverwear, storage, a fire pit with outdoor TVs, two decks, spices in a compartment in the ceiling, tv trays, sun glasses, etc. We loves it here!! What a gem!

For the final price (taxes and cleaning fee incl), this place was mediocre. We wanted to experience the flavor of a tiny house. The space itself was fine. The unit was clean but definitely could use some love and care (worn out flooring/trim, dip in (linoleum?)bathroom floor, etc. We woke up to a Palmetto bug frantically trying to right itself up (didn’t bother us too much as this is the South). Bed upstairs was Very comfortable with soft (seemingly newer) sheets. As hot as you’d like shower but couldn’t make it a long one before water turned cold. Heat/air in downstairs, which worked great, but only AC up next to bed. Excellently located with easy access to the Key and to town. Recommend caretaker trim trees hanging over house as they rubbed right above the bed area all night.

This is our second time staying at Tiny House Siesta and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in the Flamingo this time. The sleeping space was great. Lots of room and chargers on both sides. The only problem we had was that the futon was awful. Literally like sitting on a towel over springs. I used the extra pillow to sit on top of it and I still felt the springs. But to me that's minor. The rest of the stay was great.

I left my laptop charger, is it possible to pick it up or have it mailed to our office which is 10min away?

We enjoyed the experience of staying in the tiny house it is very space efficient. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the patio atea provided as the weather was cold and raining.

Absolutely loved staying in a tiny house! Plenty of space (not much storage but that’s fine for a vacation), quiet area, close to everything! Check-in/out was a breeze and we’d book again in a heartbeat!

It was very nice. Just that the upstairs room was a bit humid. It was nicely located to everything. We are definitely going to do it again. We were able to visit the beach and the shopping. We found it very convenient to stay there.

Cool concept. great check-in experience. im sure these were great when first build but but have been let go. air conditioner smells like mold, leaking fluid down the wall, wood trim on the roof is craked and warped..windows missing handles..feels more like an old trailer then a hip&fresh tiny home
