Clean and good but addition bed not comfortable also main bed to tight for 2 ppl

This is a really good modern property near the coast about 50 minutes South of Athens centre. The 2 bed apartment had everything you could want inside-air conditioning, lovely bathroom and shower, large beds and nice kitchen. Outside there is a wonderful pool area, chargeable sauna and hot tub. The cleaner is excellent and does a great job. So why not 5 stars? Two reasons: 1. You need a car. We didn’t have one and it’s a 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants on the coast road. It is impossible to get to a supermarket. 2. There was no welcome food pack - some coffee, milk etc would have been great before you could get out-we did have some sweets and liqueur provided but some basics were needed. Also there was no chopping board or sharp knives. Overall a really great small modern apartment block with excellent facilities and fine if you have a car.

Fantastic apartment for 4. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great pool. Luxury accommodation in every respect. Very helpful and welcoming host. Easy to get to local attractions by bus or taxi if you don’t have a car.

One of the best apartment-hotel stays we’ve ever had! AVAL has all the amenities you’d need and extremely helpful and responsive staff. The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Highly highly recommended!

Beautiful, modern, elegantly appointed property in a residential area. There is one resort close by on the beach, the Grand Lagonisi, where you can take advantage of their facilities and restaurants. The Aval Riviera boasts a lovely pool area, very nice and helpful host, professionally run. Only problem for me was the poorly-paved steep road to beach. A car is required to enjoy the area fully, to bring in food, as there are no stores or dining within easy walking distance.

Such a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil place. Highly recommend. We felt calm the second we met our gracious host. We were early and they all made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Every kitchen appliance you could think of is there. Gorgeous place.
