"It was incredibly hot in Phoenix in September, but the air conditioning worked well and I had no problems. I had read reviews saying that the air conditioning in the hallways and other areas wasn't working and it was hot, so I was worried, but it worked fine and I didn't feel hot at all. The room was clean and nice. It's only one train stop from the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus, so I think the access is very good. Although I didn't use it this time, the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and said, ”Let us know anytime,” which was great. Despite being close to the airport, there was no noise, and it was a comfortable stay."

"It's in downtown Phoenix, the surrounding environment is nice, and the facilities are also good. Due to a change in plan, I needed to check out one day in advance. I communicated with Ctrip several times before the free cancellation date, but failed. Ctrip seemed to have booked through another channel and had no say. When I tried to communicate with the front desk when checking in, the waiter had a bad attitude and coldly refused."

"Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating."

"The hotel was clean, food reasonably priced, great location to the airport with the sky train right there and regular shuttles every 30minutes, 24 hours. Super convenient and the Reception Team were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again"

"Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges."

"The room is nice and tidy, and it comes with a washing machine, dryer, a functional kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, etc. It is also suitable for long stays."

"I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room."

"The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)"
