"I am pretty flexible with hotels I stay in because I actually enjoy different experiences. I would struggle to find something good about this booking. The gentleman at the front desk did his best to make all the issues right and did apologize for not checking the booking before he told me that I couldn't check in. He put me into the first hotel room but after I walked past the first guy outside my room who was inebriated at 6:30am I went into the room and none of the lights worked. I then went back to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Still attempting to keep an open mind while walking past the dirty grounds I had to ask a gentleman to move out of the stairwell while he was snorting a white substance. I got to the next room and turned on the light switch, and the lights were flickering. I went through a mental checklist to see if I felt safe to stay there and came up with a resounding no. I was truly worried about my car in the parking lot. There was a large amount of people hanging around outside of the hotel even with it being an early morning. The room had torn furniture, stains on the carpet, walls that are banged up, and the bathtub was just rough. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the hotel when I went to work and then p proceeded to cancel the rest of my reservation."

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

The room was standard and was quite clean, the drawbacks was that since the hotel was right next to the highway, it can get quite noisy at night. The AC unit in our room was also quite noisy and made a weird noise. Many of the amenities in the room was not properly refilled. Had to go down to the reception to ask them to refill a few items.
Not great, average stay.
There’s also a $5 parking fee for each overnight stay, which was not mentioned when we booked through Trip.com

I think it is equivalent to Holiday Inn Express + in China, and certainly not as good as Courtyard by Marriott in China. The rooms and bathrooms of this Courtyard are big and new, and the hygiene is very good. What I am not used to is that they do not provide disposable slippers (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for), but there are ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. The room hygiene is indeed not cleaned every day, and I asked the room service for clean towels on the second night. In addition, the hotel is next to the highway, so it is best not to arrange a room facing the highway, but it is indeed very convenient to get on the highway. It is also good not to have to pay for parking, saving money!

TAOThe early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)

The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately

BrownRonaldFor a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.

邹The breakfast is simple, but can fill the stomach. Parking is very convenient, but the bed is 1.35 meters, a bit small. There is a microwave oven, so you can buy a light meal in the supermarket to warm it up. I think the hotel is okay.

Some place played music for a couple of hours in the evening... Maybe charch?
I could hear the voice of the hall and traffic too. So you better bring an ear plug.
Plus, i couldn't close the bathroom door. It's too tight and the risk of being locked in.
And no hair dryer again!!!
