Hotel San Carlos - Downtown Convention Center

Phoenix Central City
Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

The hotel is located in downtown Phoenix, which is very convenient. Passing through this city, it may be because of the sun ball game, the hotel is very expensive, but the quality of Westin did not let the money go to waste.

To start off make sure you go to the right SureStay on Van Buren, I accidentally got a Lift to the wrong SureStay, THERE IS TWO lol. Anyway, the rooms are awesome in my opinion. when you walk in it is all laminate hardwood floors with a nice big king bed ( at least the one I stayed in). the room is set up very nicely and simple, and just what I needed after a long day at the convention center. I loved the old motel feel and being able to get to my room from the outside. The only thing that I have to complain about the rooms is that the first night I was there the floor was very dirty and could not walk around barefoot. Short easy 10 min walk to downtown and a good breakfast to start our day off.

I randomly came to Arizona, because I had never been, I did not do too much research or anything but found this amazing hotel and stayed here for 5 nights. Soon as I arrived to my hotel I was greeted by this amazing gentlemen name FRANK MAGUIRE who works for the valet, I arrived in a Lyft and he immediately opened my door and grab my luggages out of the trunk of the lyft’s car before the driver could. He greeted me with an amazing smile , and very good high energy. It was like we met before in another life, we were already joking and laughing with one another just after secs on meeting. I explained to FRANK that I was from SF area and I was by myself here and needed some cool things to do. He immediately got on his phone and made some calls and asked me to get settled and come back down. When I came back down he had my entire 5 days mapped out and planned for me. The whole entire time I was there he checked on me and made sure I was doing okay and was making very good interactions with others during my stay. The best part was he got me into the pool party at the W HOTEL!!! Frank went beyond and above to make sure my time in ARIZONA was memorable and it ABSOLUTELY WAS!!! THANK YOU FRANK!!!

Desk staff seemed a bit rude when checking in. Other than that the room was great, comfortable bed, very clean as well.
Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.
