A brief getaway with another couple. The facilities are clean, well kept up and wonderful. The service people are nice, friendly and efficient - moving quickly and fast. Each of the several that serve us were very helpful. The food was quite good and plentiful. All in all, we'll visit again.

as a big traveler, for me one of the most important moments is when you arrive at the front desk. The staff was absolutely miserable. They looked very unhappy. And they were not friendly to me during my check in experience. during check-in I was a little early. I was offered the second floor walk up. I had a ton of luggage. My daughter was moving back into college. Explain there was no way I can get these luggage is upstairs by myself. She did not offer any assistance later on. I ended up with a second floor room anyway. The restaurant staff is no better. They are not friendly. I for me, I would go to a resort that has great customer service over ambience.

Property is clean and beautiful. The attention to detail in the guest rooms was a very nice touch.
Pools and lagoon are pretty with such nice evening lighting to compliment the surrounding fire pits.
Surprised there wasn’t complimentary coffee in the lobby in the am. One staff member was behind the bar serving a line of people for coffee in paper cups and collecting payment.
Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable or concerned with basic questions about the property restaurant or availability in the business center.

We’ve been first time in 2021 and we liked the vibe of the hotel. It’s beautiful, cozy and aesthetic!
This time we were passing by Scottsdale on our way to California, and decided last minute to stay two nights in.
We enjoyed so much the pool, jacuzzi and also they have the best bed we’ve ever slept, like a real cloud!

I had an amazing time. The staff was beyond helpful. All of the resort amenities were clean. I came for my cousin’s wedding and the atmosphere and setting complemented the occasion. I will be back!
