The hotel is very convenient to live in, in the center of the town, you can go to restaurants and bars on foot. The breakfast is also good. The two of us live in a two-bedroom room. Each room has its own bathroom. Having a hot pot at the hotel at night is quite pleasant, but the decoration is a bit old.

Breakfast was better than most. Rooms were in decent shape and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say is the TV reception was awful, screen pixelated and froze far too much. The location was good, centrally located.

Hotel rooms are very dated. No internet TV, internet didn't work well, couch is uncomfortable. Dishwasher was broken but repaired upon request etc. Overall, below the standards I have come to enjoy with the Hyatt brand was disappointed.

The lay out of the room with two full master suites and a living room, dining and kitchen was perfect for our family. It was spacious and comfortable.

Loved everything about this property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculately, kept up and offered everything beyond what we even needed. Location is perfect. Free breakfast was very good and convenient.

We have a big incident in these property! A stranger person try to enter to our room, i was traveling with a senior person, 2 kidz and my wife and we was very scared about the situation, the hotel staff try to arrange this giving us only half of one nigth in discount, but for us safety is first, i do not recomend this hotel and either the service from their staff

We had a good stay here in Scottsdale, have been to arizona a few times and this was one of our best stays! Very clean, accommodating and everything is walking distance if you like to go out and not worry about Ubers, who's driving home ect. They even hold your baggage if you have a later flight going home. Would definitely stay here again our next time coming back to Scottsdale.
