I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel Villa Stockum is not part of the hotel. The reception is obsessed over the day, but the staff is usually on the way, otherwise no one is there! Although there is a (!) service in the restaurant in which there is only breakfast, but the reception is only obsessed from 08.00 clock. Check out before is adventureful. Fortunately you can request the bill via email, with even more luck you get one. The service - if any - is unfriendly and unmotivated. The bar is closed, the restaurant is closed. Good that there are alternatives - Best Western is no longer!!!

A quite new house, very well located in Offenbach on the Berlin Street. The city centre and the weekly market at Wilhelmsplatz are to reach in 15 minutes walking distance. To highlight the house are the very nice and helpful Concierges. The only manco in the rooms is the bathroom with the quite self-consistent arrangement of the water hanes on the washing venue. There are the proportions of the armature not in line with the washing venue. This inevitably leads to the flood of the washing venue. A little strange is also that the parking lot with € 15. per day is very expensive.

We have been at this Restaurant a couple of times over the last years. It was good and is a family owened place. Actually, we were very positively surprised the last visit. It has been upgraded dramatically. The interior has been lovely refurbished and decorated. The exterior has been nicely improved as well. And of course, the most important, the food is outstanding still. Very good quality and freshness, very well presented and very tasteful. The menu shows a good variaty of german dishes and some local specialities. The wine menu is not too big, but offers a good selection of german and international wines. We spend another outstanding dinner recently and will come back for sure. If you are in mood for a quiet place to enjoy food, nature and german hospitality, this is the place to go.

We stopped here on our drive back to the UK from Hungary. The hotel was a little hard to find - our satnav couldn't find the road or the Trans World Hotel Columbus (the name *********** had given), but eventually spotted a sign for Hotel Columbus. We were surprised how plush the hotel was, given the area. It has a very welcoming lobby and our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a plus. We ate a lovely meal outside in the evening.

Absolut Empfehlenswert und toll!!! Letztes Wochenende durften wir Zeit zu Zweit in einer Verwöhn-Suite mit Whirlwanne verbringen. Schon der Empfang an der Rezeption war ein toller Einstieg. Die junge Mitarbeiterin hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, mit sämtlichen relevanten Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt und den Weg zu unserer Suite erklärt. Mit dem öffnen der Tür wurden wir total positiv überrascht, was für ein toller erster Eindruck! Jede Menge kleiner und großer Herzen, Rosenblätter zur Dekoration, frisches Obst, eine Flasche regionaler Umstädter Secco und ein persönliches Begrüßungsschreiben rundeten das Gesamtbild ab. Auch wenn wir dieses Arrangement gebucht hatten, übertraf dies alle unsere Erwartungen bei weitem. Die Suite war groß, modern eingerichtet, toll geschnitten und überall mit viel Liebe zum Detail, auch im Bad, dekoriert. Der Blick von der zugehörigen Terasse über die Dächer von Groß Umstadt war um so schöner, da wir auch mit dem Wetter sehr viel Glück hatten. Am Abend durften wir nicht nur ein grandioses 4 Gang Menü, sondern auch Service der Extraklasse erleben. Ich möchte mich hier nochmal explizit bei unserer Servicekraft bedanken, die mit Ihrer angenehmen frischen und aufmerksamen Art den Abend auf ein anderes Level gehoben hat. Auch die Bitte nach einer anderen Vorsuppe war, trotz gebuchtem 4 Gänge Menüs, überhaupt kein Problem und wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Grüße an den Koch, wir hätten gern das Rezept für diese tolle Paprikasuppe ;) Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und auch das Frühstück war einwandfrei und reichlich Auswahl vorhanden. Was wir auch nicht vergessen wollen zu erwähnen war der absolut tolle und hilfsbereite Umgang mit der Umbuchung unseres ersten Termines, den wir Aufgrund einer Corona Erkrankung absagen mussten. Soviel Flexibilität und Entgegenkommen entspricht nicht unbedingt der Normalität. Liebes Team, sehr geehrter Herr Jakob, wir waren sehr gerne Gast bei Ihnen und sind das nach diesem tollen Erlebnis auch ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal gewesen. Wir danken Ihnen allen für dieses traumhaft schöne Wochenende bei Ihnen.

Wir haben das Hotel mit Freunden über Pfingsten gebucht. Es ist ein sehr modernes und schönes Hotel. Die Parkplätze sind etwas eng und der Autoaufzug war ein Highlight. Unser Komfort-Zimmer haben wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt. Die morgendliche Sonne konnten wir auf dem Balkon gut genießen. Das Bad war okay, könnte aber in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer sein. Das Frühstück war absolut top. Eine riesige Auswahl und liebevolle Details haben überzeugt. An den Wochenenden kann es mit den Plätzen schonmal eng werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.... manchmal sehr redselig. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
