Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Resort: A Dreamlike Luxury Experience
Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Resort stands like a secluded, dreamlike castle on the coast of Jeju Island, perfectly blending natural beauty with luxurious facilities. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering a fairytale, with exquisite decor and attentive service where every detail speaks of high-end quality.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering captivating sea views. Waking up in the morning to the gentle sea breeze and the soothing sound of waves is utterly delightful. The hotel boasts a rich and diverse dining selection, from authentic Korean cuisine to exquisite international dishes, catering to every palate. A dip in the hotel's infinity pool is pure bliss, allowing you to admire breathtaking sea views while enjoying the refreshing water.
What's more, the surrounding entertainment facilities are a major highlight. Shinhwa Theme Park and the Water Park are right on its doorstep, ensuring there's something enjoyable for everyone, whether on a family trip or a romantic getaway. Here, every moment is a luxurious indulgence, and every memory created is a cherished part of the journey.
The environment and the pictures are exactly the same, and the facilities aren't old. The indoor pool is a bit of a walk from our building. The free airport shuttle is spacious and comfortable, and it departs on time. The check-out policy isn't very user-friendly. We told the front desk in advance that we wanted a 2 PM check-out so our child could nap, but they started calling us at 1 PM, and by 1:30 PM, a staff member came to our door to urge us to leave. The nap was completely disturbed, and my child didn't get to sleep. The children's section of the buffet only offered chocolate ice cream and desserts. Our child, who is under two, could only eat some seaweed rice balls and red bean buns. If you go late, the red bean buns are sometimes gone for the day. For the adults' food, we could only eat some rice noodles, braised beef with carrots, and boiled eggs. Most of the other dishes had a strong pepper and garlic flavor, and our child complained they were spicy and wouldn't eat them. We really didn't see many vegetables. Occasionally there were some mushrooms, but they were either sweet or spicy. It's not very convenient for young children to eat there. There are also limited restaurant options nearby. The grilled pork was too thick and not tender enough to eat. The pool was fun, and the children's area was large and great to play in. The balcony door in our room kept the noise out at night. We stayed on the 7th floor. We didn't even go to the beach because it was too far to walk with a child. We took a taxi to a different bathhouse.
Our second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

Many had said about JEJU: ”Where else can you find an azalea-framed volcano to climb, a sisterhood of deep-divers, and ancient stone statues on which to make wishes? Jeju Island. A favorite with newlyweds (and K-drama fans), this popular retreat is also home to miles of golden beaches, winding coastal trails, and Jeju Waterworld, the area’s largest water park. No matter what your fancy, one thing is for certain: a day of sightseeing isn’t complete without enjoying some of the isle’s delicious raw seafood and famed barbecued black pork…”
But what I thought was, peace in mind is the most profound experience we had in JEJU, especially staying in SUNNY DAY MANSION near the jetty, it was one of the most cozy place we ever lived in during our vacation, I had to say, it is our TOP 3 best place we had experienced with...

We intentionally booked the hotel in this location, which is surrounded by forest and near to Hallasan!
The hotel owns huge forest walking trail that was beautiful and very healing. The hotel was not very crowded too which helped me to quieten myself and spend some good quality time.
All staff were super assistive and trying to help for all our inquiries. Breakfast was quite plenty, the meal range was also pretty plentiful without lacking anything. We were surprised by the pastry quality!
Only thing we found weird was the swimming cap rental system, which required to borrow and pay 2,000 won every time we go to the pool. Hope it is a one time rental fee.
Overall we had a great time for two nights! Recommend this hotel for those who look for a relaxing and well being time.
I think it's okay for the price.
It's not that great, but that's why it's so cheap!
I think it's reasonable price, reasonable service and reasonable cleanliness.
If there is nothing prepared, ask the boss and he will treat you very kindly, so ask for it =)
I came back to use this hotel near Jungmun after 6 years. It's not fancy, but it's quiet and somehow makes you feel cozy and at home.
The floor is wooden, so the indoor air is comfortable without the stuffiness you feel in a typical hotel. You can feel the warmth of the winter thanks to the underfloor heating.
The bathroom feels a bit old, but the high water pressure and Jeju water are quite good, so my skin feels soft.
The soft and cozy bed has all the conditions for a good night's sleep.
The morning breakfast overlooking the beautifully decorated garden is not fancy, but it is satisfying.
I think it's the best for the same price. This is a place I would like to visit again.
Coming from the Grand Hyatt, this hotel initially felt small and dated. The overall style strongly reminded me of the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang. The cleanliness and service were impeccable. Even the mouthwash cups in the bathroom had covers, which, while I'm not sure if it serves a practical purpose, gave a great impression. Because I booked a family room, they even provided a pair of small slippers for the child. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel greeted me with a smile, making me feel completely at home. The evening pool also had a performance, creating an amazing atmosphere! The hotel's exterior is very expansive; it takes a long time just to walk around it. Inside, there's a children's playroom, and you can even feed little rabbits and birds. For families traveling with kids, there's plenty to do right at the hotel.
There is a little distance from the city. It is almost attached to the W Hotel. It is a roadway to 1100 Highways, so if you have a plan to move to Seogwipo and Jeju City, it seems to be a good hotel to choose.
The room is spacious and clean. Cleanliness like a hotel is hard to expect due to resort characteristics. Located on the middle of the mountain and there is a merit that you can see rabbits and horses.
I think it would be nice to stay quietly with my family.
I went there for a summer vacation and the pool was pretty and nice. The accommodations were old but clean and smelled good, and the staff were friendly and nice.

눈눈보러가자I went there to go to Moseulpo Port. It's about a 700-meter walk from the bus stop, but the view of the surrounding area and the ocean view right in front are nice. The Mifeng Haejangguk on the first floor is also delicious. On market days, the oil market is right in front, so it's nice to look at. The room is big and spacious, and there's an electric blanket, so I was able to sleep warmly.
GGuest UserEnjoyable stay at Sagye Travel Guest house. The friendly owner welcomed us and told us about the Guesthouse rules and what was provided during our stay. Apart from that, it also helps provide information when going to Gapado Island.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Blankets, AC, hairdryer, dressing table and socket are provided.
The bathroom is spacious, there is a shower and warm water as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Breakfast is available. The view outside the hotel is a feast for the eyes.
The location is close to tourist attractions and bus stops.
Recommendation for an economical and comfortable location to stay.
GGuest UserThis luxury villa at this price was really great.
I was a little disappointed that the price went down after I made the reservation, but it was still the best. The location is near Sanbangsan, so it's close to Jungmun Aewol and not too far from the airport.
It's 15 minutes away from Moseulpo Port, so it was good to take the ferry to Gapado or Marado.
The raw fish restaurant the owner introduced was fresh and the price was good.
My friends were also satisfied and said they wanted to use it again.
이이중석When I entered the room, I couldn't recognize the reservation number, so I was able to enter after the staff came by call.
The underground parking lot is quite narrow, so if you're not driving, it looks just right to eat a car.
The smell of sewer reflux in the bathroom was hard all night.
The other part is clean, but the image is worse because of the smell of sewer reflux ㅠㅠ
QQuan YaxianMuch cleaner and quieter than the picture
It was so good
Even though I arrived late due to flight time
As the boss waited until late,
You told me how to use it and you were so kind
I'll rest well, and I'll make a reservation again next time.
QQianshanghuakaiThe room is spacious, simple and clean.
There was plenty of hot water. When we went there, the temperature dropped.
It was windy and snowy every day, but the room was very warm and I didn't feel cold at all.
It may be the off-season, the price is less than 200, the cost performance is very high
Very satisfied!
After checking out on the first day, I stayed another night on the second day
