Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, at a price almost double than a room for 2 adults only, but apparently TEIP did only communicated to the hotel 1 room for 2 adults. When checking in I was told the child was not included in the booking send from TRIP to the hotel although my booking with TRIP had the child included. I was exceptionally given a double room for 2 adults but without any bed for the child. What a SCAM! Never again! Also the room booked via TRIP had kettle and coffee machine. None of these were provided in the room and none of these were made available to me despite having queried them to the reception. Contrary to most other 4 star hotels no bathrooms or slippers provided and no bathroom amenities provided. Very poor.

Personal amable y educado . Me encanta como el ascensor dice : planta Baja ( me recuerda a mi vecina la voz así rollo : que paza zosho?)
La cama muy cómoda , comodisima y resistente . Estuve todo el día dale q te pego con mi amante en la cama pim pam , pim pam y la cama resistió muy bien , como los anuncios de colchones hinchables que se ve uno durmiendo y una bailarina bailando a su lado y no se despierta el hombre .
Por el resto del hotel no puedo decir nada por que mi amante era muy fogoso y no salimos de la habitación ni para coger aire . PERO TENGO CLARO QUE VOLVERÉ A REPETIR HOTEL Y MAROMO .

我們在這個賓館住了四晚，感覺這個賓館絕對不符合四星級標準。首先網站圖片和真實的差距比較大，房間裏沒有任何燒水壺和茶包咖啡包，但是這些在網站圖片上都是有的。房間裝飾也非常簡單，或者説沒有裝飾，完全是白牆，牆面還不平整。入住的那天我有點感冒不舒服，想燒點熱水喝，就跟前台要燒水壺，他們説要upgrade房間才有，要知道我們每晚房價2100元，已經非常貴了。後來吵了一架才好不容易要了一個燒水壺。我們的房價包含晚餐，但是晚餐非常難吃，菜單每天都不變，而且大部分菜都很閑，衹能吃幾口，不建議大家選擇晚餐，可以去外面餐館吃，價格應該差不多。自助早餐還可以，選擇比較多。洗手間沒有浴帽和其他貼心小用品，衹有洗手液，洗髮液，完全不是四星標準。總結一下，如果住一兩晚而且價格有優惠,這個賓館還行，但是絕對不建議長住。

酒店本身很老，後來重新裝修了一下，但衞生間是老的，換了兩個房間，下水道味道都比較重。第一晚前台給的二樓，窗户下面就是一個舉行活動的平台，而且朝北比較陰冷潮濕，我們擔心吵，跟前台要求換房間，前台一個*****，面無表情連看電腦都沒看一眼，就説滿房。因為房間有下水道的味道，我們要求香氛，那個前台答應給，但一直也沒等到。第二晚，我們晚上十點回到酒店，果真下面平台在舉辦活動，關上兩層窗户都很吵。我們要求換房間，因為孩子沒辦法睡覺。一個前台態度可以，但是説他們酒店沒舉辦任何活動，要求保安跟我們一起進房間查看情況。這種感覺真的很不舒服，好像我們在騙人。保安也確認了聲音的確很吵，但跟我們説，很快就會結束，當時已經是十點多了，我們問結束的確定時間，對方説不出來，我們堅持要求換房間。最後從二樓換到九樓，朝南的房間。酒店雖然老，但是除了下水道味道大，衞生還不錯，淋雨水很大很熱，床也很大挺舒服。但性價比不高，大多前台都讓人不舒服。

塞維利亞市中心，酒店樓下的bar和大堂都很棒，離老城大概2公里，但是離火車站和機場大巴都很近，對面就是購物中心，很方便
