The hotel was not what I had expected at all. It did not look like the photos online. The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and sewer. There was no sound insulation. I could hear people in their rooms as if we were in the same room. People were shouting in the hallways all through the night and I was woken up around 5am by a consistent banging sound coming from the level below that went on until around 7am. There was no hand soap in the room and there were moths on the towels.
The girl at the front desk was very helpful in helping me cancel my second night and getting a refund.

A nice hotel close to the US embassy. The room was small, spent just the night there and left early morning. The receptionist even tried to show me a location of the place I was looking for. Everything was good for the price.

The towels had holes in it.
De room was not clean.
The walls are paperthin and lots of light under and around the door so all night there was light and noise

I booked a single room by mistake. I paid the difference and changed it to a family room. The front desk lady was very patient and had a good service attitude. The auntie was also very nice. She would knock on the door to ask if I wanted to clean the room if I extended my stay. The room was very quiet and well ventilated.

There were cockroaches everywhere in the room, and there were spots on the stools with unknown marks. I was originally going to call the government to complain, but gave up because of time. I hope that the store can clean it carefully, some old facilities should be cleaned, and those that need cockroaches should be removed quickly.
