酒店衞生比較乾淨，房間內環境較好，比較温馨，有家的感覺，電梯下來旁邊就是合勝百貨，購物、餐飲非常方便，交通非常便利，酒店地點絕佳。客房服務周到，基本24小時有人值班，微信全程有人即時回覆。聯繫前台提供礦泉水、諮詢晾衣架位置、諮詢房內打火機位置、請阿姨做保潔，前台微信都是秒回並馬上安排實施，服務周到。房間投影儀效果很好，高清，畫面和聲音都好。
提幾點意見希望繼續改善，一是4幢電梯上樓，在門禁前有好幾次按給定的密碼輸入，前台沒有人及時解鎖，微信電話沒能及時接通回覆，衹能等着有人出入，這種情況在入住的3天內出現好幾次，希望改善，這是最大的痛點。我看有人出入時使用門禁卡，是否可以給房客提供門禁卡？二是吊椅房裡電視機看不了，小孩子佔有投影儀後，大人想看電視機看不了，沒有接電源，沒有連接網線和機頂盒，希望可以改進，能滿足帶小孩家庭的多種使用需求。三是有安全隱患，入住當天，前台沒有對所有入住租客進行身份證登記，雖然簡化了登記程序，實際上對酒店和房客都有安全隱患，房間裏倒底住了哪些人沒有登記清楚，也沒有做人臉攝像識別對比，程序感覺不太規範，有待繼續加強。按我之前經歷，北京、杭州的都要登記全部房客身份證訊息，並要做人臉攝像對比。

樓下就是新一城特別的熱鬧，在新一城逛完上樓就可以直接回房間睡覺了特別舒適和方便，第二天出門附近好吃的也有很多！

新一城樓上，位置不錯，汕頭市中心，公交車挺方便，也有很多共享電動車，高鐵站滴滴過來不用十分鐘左右，周邊就有美食街，吃飯的地方都圍繞着，晚上吃宵夜的也非常非常多，晚上十一二點都很熱鬧，前台是24小時的，多晚入住都有服務，出入有門禁都挺安全的

交通方便，住得舒服，平時真的性價比很高，配置對比過其他家人要好很多，住一次就不想換其他家了，免費提供一次性馬桶墊一次性拖鞋，礦泉水多要2瓶也馬上送到，冰箱洗衣機都有，投影夠大，還提供免費會員觀看，片源很多

過年期間能以這樣的價格住到這種公寓已經很心滿意足了。首先公寓的位置很好，樓下就是又一城，超多吃的，去周邊網紅店也很方便，樓下騎小電驢10分鐘就到了，真的出行太方便了。房間和圖片一致。阿姨每天會來打掃更換浴巾牙刷什麼的。房間裏還配備了暖風機哦😊
