This is my first business trip to Shantou. I saw that there are more people staying in this hotel online and it is more affordable. I thought about staying for one night and tried it. I didn’t expect it to be better than I thought. I walked into the grand and magnificent feeling that the young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic I asked her if there is any delicious food nearby and it was very enthusiastic. The breakfast service was delivered for free. The service was really good. The room was large and gave people a simple and generous feeling. It was quite comfortable and a good place to stay on a business trip.

房間大面積發黴，有圖片、視頻為證！這個程度是長時間發黴不處理的結果。當天入住時間很晚已經是半夜，前台衹會一個勁説她是新來的。酒店店長明明在店裡，卻拒絕與我們溝通，衹讓前台傳話，可以退房費，但春節期間大半夜的必須自己出去另找住的地方，明顯是在惡意為難顧客！ 態度惡劣，滿牆發黴，這個酒店憑實力入選最差酒店排行榜！ 攜程平台接到投訴後，積極高效的給出幾個解決方案，對於攜程的服務水平很滿意。

大年初二去汕頭看煙花秀，入住楠天酒店！房間挺大，乾淨衞生，就是淋浴水比較小，水温有點涼。對面就是濠江文化宮，旁邊的牛肉火鍋味道不錯！前台小姐姐都好温柔！

房間寬敞，衞生整潔，環境優雅，也有停車場，前台接待服務不錯，還繼續會在這裏續住的。
