第二次入住這棟樓了，停車方便且比潮州停車便宜多了，室內空間很大，樓層高，採光特別好，入住過程很絲滑，位置很好，附近吃吃喝喝都在步行範圍，室內清潔到位，還有免費飲用水，好評。

性價比很高的民宿，整體整潔，周圍很多好吃的店及小吃。提點建議，老闆回覆有點慢，沒主動發送入住方式，下午四點主動問了才説。這點有待改進！床品也算乾淨，如果有潔癖的建議自己帶上一次性床單被罩什麼的！

乾淨舒適安靜，視野好。Loft風，時尚，空間大上下樓共三雙床，家庭出遊住宿很實惠。位置就在萬象城旁邊，離龍眼美食街近，出入方便，周邊美食多。關鍵是老闆很好説話。

不知道這家的好評是哪裡來的，老闆態度及差，説話一點也不客氣還聽不懂，房間不乾淨亂七八糟的，有點陰森森的，不建議入住。

一大早就從潮州過來了，九點多鐘聯繫房東是否可以早入住，房東叫➕微信，微信聯繫 ，房東説他還在睡覺，發了個定位和圖片，問多兩句，回答都不耐煩，也不敢多問，又問了一句怎樣寄存行李，沒有回答，估計睡著了。路上已經體驗感不好了。十點半左右去到民宿樓下，保安問是否住宿，前台登記一下，沒有房間號，無法登記，發訊息給房東問房間號，沒回答，估計還在睡。大堂坐了一會，才十點半，也不可能一直在大堂等到14點入住時間，決定先去玩，就問保安是否可以寄存行李，保安介紹旁邊可以寄存，4個背包，收費30元，不能不給 ，背包太重，總不能揹着去玩。11點47分，房東才回復房號和怎樣寄存行李，我已經給了三十塊寄存費，已經在吃飯了。個人覺得，房東應該提前一天和遊客溝通這些問題，寄存行李這些問題，這樣遊客就不用一大早煩房東了。房子呢，窗外斜斜地可以看到一點海景，晚上的夜景還是很漂亮的。隔音設施很差 ，入住小睡了一會，外面隔壁房間開門智能鎖的按鍵聲音清晰可聽，晚上一點多鐘，樓上噼裏啪啦的聲音，我都要瘋了。要是碰上半夜入住或者説半夜瘋狂的年輕人，樓下基本不用睡了。交通還是很便利的，去哪都可以滴滴，電動，萬象城蘇寧也近 ，不過這兩個地方沒啥好玩的，以上衹是我個人真切感受，僅供參考。

房間很大很舒適，沙發超級爽！！！沙發舒服到我都想直接睡沙發了。我們是三大二小，剛好夠住，就算再多兩個大人都是夠住的。唯一就是衹有一個廁所，樓上沒有衞生間。有帶烘乾功能的滾筒洗衣機。唯一一點就是，一次性浴巾那些需要收費，雖然有提供免費的浴巾。因為我在別的民宿住都直接提供一次性浴巾。別的無可挑剔都很滿意～

公寓入住方便，旁邊有收費停車場，周邊步行10分鐘就到萬象城和蘇寧，非常方便，但公寓衞生一般，投影機很不清楚，公寓複式上面的床旁邊就是空調出風口，出風聲音很大，晚上被吵得都很難入睡

平時四百多，五一漲到一千六百多，有點誇張！之前住的差不多同款民宿比他家大一半，價格也不會這麼坑！而且這衞生很一般，沒有一次性鞋子，床單枕套也不乾淨，那張沙發床特別臟，還得自己給它擦乾淨，客廳總能聞到一股臭味，整體來説不太滿意！

地理位置非常好，羣光廣場這裏很容易找到，萬象城離的很近，周邊很多好吃的，各種美食匯聚一堂，老闆回覆很及時，停車也方便，已經推薦給周邊朋友了😊
