房間兩室兩衞，靠近海邊，小區裏面有獨立的沙灘，適合遛娃。房子雖然不是正南方向，但海景視野超級好，樓下小區有停車場，附近有超市、餐廳，也可以自己煮飯吃，唯一不足是沒有洗衣機，如果加上洗衣機就完美了，推薦大家入住

樓層低 被擋住的視野感受不到海景房該有的風景 陽台很臟很臟 玻璃門上全是印記 自己拿一次性浴巾擦了下陽台的躺椅和扶桿 立馬黑了一整條 對衞生很失望 唯一安慰的是房間裏的毛巾類 用的是一次性的

對比了市區的住宿，高一倍價位的住宿，還是會選擇這家（前提是自駕），不然就一點不方便。房間整體設計比較好，算温馨舒適，沙發是淺色布藝的，難免有住客弄臟難以清理，這點可以理解。試想下一天都可以看到這個無敵大海景，吹着海風，聽着海浪聲音，聞着淡淡牛糞氣息，這樣的舒服那個沙發殘留難以洗掉的污跡算勢什麼？
廁所馬桶的沖水按鈕和捲紙架太近了，我的小手指都有點難按撥桿沖水，建議店家之後考慮改善。
衞生的評價見人見智，這個價格、配套，個人覺得用連鎖酒店、星級酒店的標準來評價，就會過分苛刻（看到有不少這樣苛刻的評價）。

實在不推薦，離市區太遠了，大晚上滴滴打車開過去有一段路一片漆黑，很可怕，海也不怎麼樣，房間設施簡單，有一次性毛巾，沙發上很臟，床單也是有污跡，充電線還要收費，旁邊沒有餐飲 外賣也很有限

這倆酒店住了兩次了，體驗真的不錯。老闆熱情，房間非常大帶大陽台隔音也非常好。小區非常安靜，環境也很棒。以後還會再光顧！

房間很大，海景被擋住部分，整體還好。房間內部分設施是壞掉的，如水盆泄水裝置有問題、房間陽台推拉門的卡扣是壞的，但是這沒有提前告知住客，所以有點煩惱。不過前台反應速度很快，馬上就把水盆修好了，值得稱讚👍
新公寓，空氣好，是周邊最好的公寓了。推薦入住！整體不能給滿分，見諒！

登記入住還是很方便，房間打掃的也乾淨，就是陽台沒有曬衣服的架子。這一點不是太友好，洗衣機也是壞的，去海邊倒是很近，前台服務周到，身份證忘記返還了，馬上就送到房間，點一個贊
