名副其實的湖景房，白天可以看到湖景，夜晚透過窗外能看到美麗的燈光夜景，房間寬敞明亮，一家四口也能夠住，地毯也很漂亮乾淨。去魯鎮看完演出退房晚了，客服很配合的給予了適當延遲退房，樓上有洗衣房和健身房，在跑步機上運動體驗了一下。總體很滿意。

前幾天挑選酒店，網上介紹的各方面都很符合我的要求，於是就定了，但是入住體驗非常差勁，總結了幾點：
1.先説好的方面，房間設施齊全，大部分需要的設備都有，可以寄存行李，入住還會給小水果，早餐種類也很多，房間也有小冰箱等等。
2.酒店地理位置中規中矩，離景點比較近，出行比較方便。
3.再説説讓我體驗非常差的兩方面，房間的衞生實在是太太太太太差！！！！我們是4.30號下午到的酒店，當時外面下的雨很大，我們已經被淋濕了，再加上坐了很久的車，當時又冷又累，想趕緊回酒店休息，辦完入住，一進房間我就看見枕頭上有一塊黑色污漬（第一張圖），當時很累也不想計較這麼多，反正是有好幾個枕頭我就沒找客房換。然後我就檢查了別的地方，發現了很多垃圾，床頭櫃上，一個避孕套殘留包裝（第二張圖），和旁邊地上的一個完整的使用了的避孕套（第三張圖），然後我就打電話給前台了，我當時説的是找個客房人員上來看一下這個情況，幫我們換個房間，但是這個保潔阿姨來了之後，完全沒理我們的訴求，就是直接吧垃圾拿走了然後擦了擦桌子，換了個新的床單枕罩，我不知道是前台沒把我們的消息轉達清楚，還是別的情況但是，處理的確實差強人意，你可以先和我們説一下，幫我們打掃，我們也不會非要換房間，但是你啥也沒説，開着窗户讓我吹了半天冷風，站在一邊看你換床單被罩，搞什麼？我們是衞生檢查員嗎？讓本就難受的我更煩了（中間我們還用了電視，但是遙控也有問題，也找的人來修的），本來以為這衞生問題就告一段落了，沒想到晚上我們在房間吃完飯拉窗簾後，地上又有出現新情況了，一個快發黴的梨核（第四、五張圖）。已經無語了，我隨便找了個紙包起來就扔了，已經不想找客房了也，希望以後房間打掃上點心吧，這種完全沒打掃的房間別再出現了。
4.第二個不愉快的事，入住第二個晚上，我們大約11.30分左右打電話要了幾瓶水，直到晚上12點多水還沒送來，我中間打了三次電話，最後一次我真的是不想再等了因為我們要休息了，還好的是，前台服務態度很好，最後還給我們回電話致歉了最後也是用機器人送上來了水，還額外給了兩盒小酸奶。希望以後可以快點吧！

非常糟糕的體驗，嚴重懷疑好評是刷出來的，可以用“金玉其外敗絮其中”來形容了。
設施：電視機衹能開關機，沒有其他任何功能，也看不了東西，而且一插房卡自動開啟，每進屋一次就要關一次。浴室的噴頭漏水，而且每開關一次就會自動切換到水龍頭模式，洗一次澡要來回拔好幾次切換閥門。
餐食：早餐是吃過的酒店中最差的，牛奶是用香精奶粉沖泡的；煮雞蛋是好幾天前的，蛋白都變黃了；盤子沒洗乾淨，上面還有油漬；肉包子裏沒有好肉，全是骨渣。
衞生：床上瀰漫著輕微的嘔吐物味道，感覺好像有人吐在床品上但沒整體扔，簡單洗了洗就給下一個顧客用；衞生間地上有蟑螂出沒，可以想見衞生狀況有多糟糕。

過來出差，順便在附近景點走走。房間位置很好，能看見旁邊的湖，景色好看。離景點也近，去魯迅故居、倉橋直街都很方便。早餐是自助餐，味道可以。
