My friend who was traveling with me was even worse. My eyes developed conjunctivitis for no apparent reason, and their eyes were painful, swollen, and had discharge. Third: The quality of the food. Because the location of this hotel is relatively remote, food can basically only be eaten in the hotel. So the price can be imagined. I went to eat their buffet hot pot that night. The ingredients are not complete, even the millet is not spicy, the soy sauce is super salty, the peanut butter and sesame sauce taste like those bought in the supermarket, without any special features, and the drink supply cycle is very long. In addition, the hotel stipulates that children with a height of 120cm will be charged half price. Our little girl is 121cm tall and weighs 40 pounds. She eats very little and barely eats anything. 剛開張時就關注過這家酒店，春天來臨 來周邊賞花就選擇了大觀，很是喜歡。 酒店靠近東山湖，也是在水庫邊，有東山掩映，中式建築的大氣和精緻園林相融合。 酒店很注意細節，從提供的日用品都是新穎有個性。服務上週到細緻熱情，開床整理後還提供了熱飲，minibar品種豐富。餐廳選擇品種較多 食材好品質，感受到餐廳員工有的良好的培訓。早餐水果品種多 居然有芭樂和楊桃。 酒店是寵物友好酒店，也有在酒店早餐位上看到，不喜歡狗狗的客人需要注意。

酒店輕奢風路線，客房智能設施，開關智能感應很感人，洗漱用品品質也不錯，庭院環境適合中年人養生年輕人發呆，附帶的採茶、漢服試穿、畫舫遊船、助力單車騎行均體驗感覺甚好，自助早餐也品類豐富，中餐廳和西餐廳各有所長，前台小鄭的服務也很到位，迴應及時辦事效率高，總之三天兩晚的假期在大觀愉快地ending了！

非常滿意的一次度假酒店入住感受。其實從去年下半年就種草買了預售房券，一直到今年春暖花開的季節才約了朋友一起成行。從預約客房到進酒店辦理入住、酒店周邊騎行、晚餐、早餐一直到退房離開，全程體驗很舒服，必須全五分好評。 服務：電話接線、前台服務都很耐心細緻周到，入住升級了湖景套房，房型很有設計感，湖景視野開闊，非常贊，離店還送了伴手禮。前台小鄭服務特別好，全程有問必答。引導的服務生幫忙拿行李介紹客房設施連結wifi非常耐心細緻。 環境：酒店面臨東山湖，周邊風景優美，原生態自然環境為主，沒有過多的人工修飾，用了酒店套餐贈送的自行車環湖騎行，吹着四月的春風愜意無比。 設施：用品齊全且品質很好，細節處處體現用心，床品舒適，可升降電視機保證了湖景視野，浴缸位置設計巧妙，洗護用品是卡爾拉格斐的。泡茶用燒水壺很有質感，備的紅茶是特威茶，膠囊咖啡機適合咖啡控過癮，贈送了客房迷你吧飲品餅乾和水果，品質都很不錯。酒店的品牌文化視覺設計很細緻又不過分高調，小物件如書簽、拖鞋、環保筆都很可愛。 用餐：中餐廳菜品確實有如很多評價裏説的那麼好，食材新鮮，製作講究，擺盤精緻，六人菜品套餐搭配合理，贈送的餐後水果也不敷衍，吃的很滿意。西餐廳自助早餐品種豐富，水果和甜點選擇特別多，且非常新鮮，吃的很過癮，服務員撤換碗碟也很及時。

酒店環境很好，設施很全，很適合親子出遊。靠山靠湖，一家三口騎車環湖一圈大約五公里，風景非常好。房間大，較新，使用感很舒服，酒店工作人員也比較貼心，管家式服務比較人性化，小瑩cecile在入住過程中細心周到，很晚及時回覆我的問題。小朋友乘了遊艇，撈了魚，遊了泳，玩了小童樂園，不亦樂乎。

種草許久的酒店，終於有機會拔草，果然不負期望，環境、設施、服務、衞生都很不錯，家人都非常滿意。細節上還有提高的空間，比如早餐把我的麪給了別人，讓我重新選一碗。中餐廳點菜遺漏，上次順序混亂。淡季還出現這些問題不應該，很難想象如果旺季又會出現怎樣的情景。酒店管理如果抓下細節酒店可以再提高一個高度。
