非週末酒店安排升級了房間，房間設施很好，有喜馬拉雅鹽燈，很多種類的枕頭（選了常用的乳膠枕），管家曉婷很貼心送了小甜點和泡好的養生茶，很是貼心。酒店環境很幽靜，景色很美，有幾棵櫻花樹正在盛放中。套餐裏送了旅拍，攝影師小李很友好也很專業，對我這個沒有拍照經驗的人非常有耐心，拍出來的照片很自然很好看。今天早餐是點單模式，中西式的，現點現做味道都很好，擺盤精緻，服務也很好。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗

酒店非常值得推薦給帶孩子出遊的家庭，有許多推薦的項目，比如陶藝、遊湖、攝影、大白鵝。特別是管家羅丹和攝影師小李，全程服務很棒。酒店地理位置也很好，遠離鬧市區，但是挨着鑒湖，推薦酒店上午有一趟船直接送到景區。

設施：硬件設施沒得説，不愧奢華酒店，minibar種類豐富，還有少見的巖燈、音波助眠器😄 衞生：整體還是比較滿意的 環境：入住時有船送到酒店碼頭，上了碼頭會有衹大白鵝迎接，一路喊着把人送到酒店大門😂酒店裡植被豐富，石頭，水，花草相得益彰，有日式庭園的感覺，酒店裡有個壽山石雕展不錯，值得一看 服務：整體服務還算滿意，就是第二天的早餐有點失望，説是套餐形式提供，但是每樣東西都需要點了才給你上（這叫什麼套餐，這不是零點嗎？）關鍵上菜還非常慢，蔬菜色拉也要等半天😥最後吐槽下中式套餐裏的小餛飩，速凍品還沒下好，當中吃起來像麪疙瘩 總體還是比較滿意的一次入住體驗

在酒店就感受到了賓至如歸的服務和高檔奢華的體驗。預訂的時候，思雨管家照顧到了我們全家出遊的需要，有求必應。剛到酒店就感到了熱情的服務，從坐小船進酒店的滿滿儀式感，到酒店安排的各項親子活動，每晚都有養身茶湯，全家都很滿意開心。同時，酒店的硬件很高級，戴森吹風機和B&O音響，紙巾是全棉時代棉柔巾，衞生打掃得很乾凈。整個酒店綠植也特別多，處處是風景；室內游泳池温度適宜，水質清澈。酒店內的施寶霖先生石雕藝術館也是不容錯過的。整個酒店的顏值很出片，不愧是SLH超級超級讚的酒店！

一到停車場下車就有小哥開電瓶車過來幫我們拿行李，然後有人帶我們去碼頭坐電動船，在湖裡逛了一圈來到了酒店大門口的碼頭，其實後來發現停車場離大門很近，啊哈哈哈但是很有儀式感～到房間就發現送的小吊梨水和傳統點心還有歡迎水果放在熱水瓶旁邊有小紙條，特別適合我們最近咳嗽的一家門，特別暖心，第二天送了竹蔗茅根水和西式甜點，訂的是兩晚的套餐，所以mini bar都送的，還有泡麪和薯片～晚餐在show餐廳吃的套餐，本來對賓館的餐廳都沒報什麼期待，結果湯年糕真的絕了，幾個菜都超好吃，最後一天中午走之前還去吃了一頓，還是每個菜都好吃，連送的小菜都很好吃～泳池水是28度左右，不是很熱，但是空調開得很熱所以遊得很舒服，小童樂園也很乾凈清爽，很適合帶小娃娃，清明還有好多做青團畫帽子做風箏的活動，晚上還可以放夜燈，特別浪漫，套餐還送旅拍，酒店實在太美，隨便拍拍就是一幅畫，感謝攝影師小李和管家羅丹，度過了美好的三天，帶娃到現在最好的一家酒店，我第一次寫那麼多點評，啊哈哈哈，小的建議就是第一天晚上十點半左右洗澡水不熱乎了，高峯期會熱水供應不足，可以提醒一下客人，不洗澡時間有點麻煩，臨走我家小祖宗打碎人家紫砂壺蓋子衹好買下來了，賠償也算是合情合理，就是有小娃的建議提醒一下易碎比較貴的設施設備。。。實在控制不住倆

這次出行的體驗感特別的好，因為高鐵晚點的原因入住的時間是凌晨，前廳的小姐姐不僅給我們升了房型還延遲了退房，很人性化的服務。同時，即使是這麼晚的時間入住，送的東西也一樣沒有少。酒店的風景很美，住的也很舒服，是一個很適合度假放鬆的地方，如果不是行程原因的話會考慮多住幾晚的～
