外觀看著大氣但房間竟然沒有熱水，服務員說要開很久才有，花灑開了15分鐘都沒有熱水，只能當晚不洗澡
訂的是有窗的房間，打開窗簾是一堵牆
床架周圍都是厚厚的灰塵
唯一讚的是酒店接待的人員態度都很好有禮貌

酒店位於福田區中心交叉路口，地理位置很好，酒店前廳也挺大，停車位也較多，就是酒店內部裝修老舊，房間內燈光暗，枕頭也不是太好，睡得不好，早上起床發現還被蟲子了～

環境特別差，表面上富麗堂皇，其實裏面像個招待所，房間設施爛到沒法形容，舊的像是上世紀的招待所，空調異味重，早餐簡陋到衹有炒粉和粥，還是和水療會所的人一起共用一個早餐，服務態度還極度不好，非常惡劣。
