這是我住維也納最差的一個酒店，1.空調裏面有那種鐵板撞擊聲，可刺耳，一晚上都沒睡好，我打前台打了幾個電話一直沒人接，最後打通了，前台人員説讓我把空調關了就行了，2我把空調關了，然後窗户打開，窗户下面一個垃圾桶，有臭味，3屋裡面有地毯潮濕的那種黴味，4前台服務態度也一般
