In this “international hotel” nobody speaks English. Room I’ve got had non-functional AC and vault was locked. We asked for room change and we’ve got another room where vault was locked. Nobody came even after two reminders and lot of wondering “no one arrived yet to unlock vault?” Room smelled after cigarettes even declared as “non smoking “ room. For me, sorry, never ever again.

房間很舒服啊，過來玩，早餐很豐富，喜歡維也納的床，前台服務很好，阿姨挺有禮貌的。

廁所夠大不過抽氣扇冇運作，冷氣唔夠凍交咗10度都好似25到咁，房務員好快畀到補充用品，可以延遲到兩點退房， 會幫手叫車好好
