Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Booked a one night stay at Sheraton. Location is good, about 10 mins away from Orchard road. Walking distance to Newton Food Centre where there are many yummy local food! Check in process was fast (no crowd), room was ready even though it was only 1pm. We requested for late check out too! Room is big and clean. Comfortable bed. Our room comes with executive lounge access. Free flow of food and drinks from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The staff at the lounge were very helpful and friendly. Amazing service! The breakfast located at level 1, breakfast buffet was delicious. (Except for the pancake, it’s slightly dry). Overall it was a great stay! Service was amazing, will definitely be back again!

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time. Amenities: - Room was equipped with International channels. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the window . - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. . Service: - Room service are quite swift. - The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Never fails to help us load the strollers and luggage with and from the car. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. It's our 2nd time stay by the way.

This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

Although many of the facilities is on renovation during my stay in Grand Hyatt, i dont really use them so i am not affected. The amenities in the rooms was somehow lacking. We stayed here for 4 nights for business and absolutely could not fault a thing - everything was brilliantly thought out and the wonderful staff were a delight; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has only just opened in the last week and we're sure it will become extremely popular in no time at all. The rooms are immaculately presented and very spacious, we especially enjoyed the little touches like the daily minibar and turndown service. The rain shower was HEAVEN and the beautiful COMO body wash, shampoos, etc. smelled so incredible I wanted to take them all home! Breakfast was included in our rate and was fantastic every single day. The breakfast to order was a highlight and we found there to be plenty of options to keep us satisfied over our 4 night stay. The freshly baked goods every morning are a real treat (balanced out with the delicious fresh fruit, of course). The service is a standout for this new hotel, it was exceptional in every area - everyone is very professional but also super friendly and personable. We thought this was a real point of difference and one of the many reasons we will return to this beautiful property. Every single staff member we interacted with was a delight, but special mentions to hotel staff Reina, Karl, Izhar, Kyle and of course the lovely Ivan in COMO Cuisine who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with at breakfast every morning. We look forward to returning and checking out the pool/bar area which is nearing completion. See you again soon!

I had a great stay at Mercure on Stevens. The two Malaysian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful during check-in, and they even allowed me to check in early. Although my room, 417, had a slightly strange smell, my overall experience was fantastic. The highlight was the convenient hotel shuttle transfer to Wheelock, the famous Orchard area in Singapore.

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Served stay home notice at Ariva for 7 days. We were lucky to have upgrade from 1 bedder (450sqf) to 2 bedder (650sqf) on the very high level with an fantastic unblocked view. Apartment is well maintained and equipped with fridge, washing and drying machine, microwave, toaster, cutlery, basically all you need for a comfortable and homey stay. The front desk manager and staff are very helpful and friendly to cater what we need during our stay. Highly recommend visitors who are looking for a place that is spacious, affordable and at a quiet yet in the city centre location. Though I could not go out during my stay yet I am sure plenty of food options available nearby, confirmed by my foodpanda delivery.

Nice view and room very clean too. Bed is comfortable and sofa is nice but the sofa table was unbalanced which caused it to be shaky. Curtains not automated though, you have to manual pull open and close it. Toilet has bidet which is a plus. Gyms is clean and well maintained with water and towels provided. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options with additional menu to order from. Overall it was still a very good stay.

The hotel is large and the staff are welcoming. We liked the facilities provided including hair dryer, coffee making provision and an iron. We thought that provision of sockets and USB sockets was good, although, as with many hotels, the guest who sleeps on the left side does not have a socket, whereas the other side has all controls. There were several issues, though, which could be improved: Our cases were left in an outside, covered area while waiting for check in. Because we did not think this was secure enough, we were not confident to leave our bag with our paperwork and valuables in it, and had to carry it around with us until we checked in. In hot weather, this was less than desirable. The shower and toilet share a door which slides across. This resulted in water from the shower spilling out into the main bathroom area. The TV had a fixed maximum volume (which is fine), but because of the size of the room, it was then difficult to hear the TV. It may be better to adjust it so that it cannot cause annoyance to neighbours, but is audible within the room.

Ya that is true according to my wording if you dont have any other option then you can stay here othere please avoid. i stayed here for 1 night, but almost not comfertable, before i checked in a room when i layed down on my bed, it is keep on moving i asked to change my room and they did it but the room is not same like before but bed still moving some time. the cleanness of also not up to the mark. and they charged for wifi to heard, i was socked and the funny things is that you can use only one device with one password so you you would like to use aother device you have to buy another password. thats all ok but still after paying the wifi is not woking good. staff also lalking bit rude. At last for me sorry to say but not value for money. will never back with this property.

The hotel is very convenient. It is next to the Novena MRT station. The bus outside the door is 10 minutes away from Orchard Road. There is a kitchen in the room. You can use hot milk and boiled eggs in the morning. In addition, the waiters here can speak Chinese. They are really friendly to people who do not speak English.
