The hotel was small but stylish. Modern and very clean with twice a day fresh towels. I was very disappointed with the room that was given to us. It had windows that were frosted but we could not see outside. There was no mirror in bedroom but there was an iron and ironing board ( that was a plus). Bathroom was big but shower was slippery. The staff both at reception and at breakfast were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was disappointing, too many wishy washy things and hot breakfast was extra. We asked for beach towels and we had to rent those. For the price of this hotel you would expect some things to be given to you as a matter of course. Jacuzzi was never used on the roof top garden and never saw any staff up there to offer any service. Parking was available for free but once you moved it was pot luck to find one again.

The room is super beautiful and the view is charming! After entering the room, I immediately decided to change the itinerary and stay one more night! The service is very good! I'm still walking around at the door, the charming lady at the front desk will come out and I will take it in. There is a public parking lot at the door, and you can also use the hotel's valet parking for 30 euros a night! The breakfast is also good! The shortcomings must be said, that is, slightly tired, the room is on two floors Is the second floor of the room slightly tired!

This hotel is a very good option if your looking to stay outside Ortigia but close enough to walk. Its only 7 to 8 minute walk across to the historical center. The hotel was clean and a good reasonable option. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the rooms but Mario who as very helpful, was happy to assist with our suitcases. Travellers with cars will find this a good option with free street parking available in walking distance. We were able to leave out car there for our few days, once you find a park!

As a small family hotel, we can't expect too much, but it's still worth staying. The location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient to go to Ortiga Island and the city center. La struttura ricettiva è posizionata appena fuori dall’Ortigia, questo consente di visitarla con una certa facilità ed inoltre consente di parcheggiare la macchina nella zona in parcheggi gratuiti. il b&b si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, anche se dotato di un montacarichi per i soli bagagli utilizzabile solo in presenza del responsabile. La camera ed il bagno sono spaziosi, ed in parte rinnovati, dotata di un piccolo terrazzino, nel mio caso, vista mare. Avendo trascorso una sola notte non posso esprimermi per molto di più, comunque un buon posto per visitare Ortigia.

We stayed at this B&B for 1 night. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. The room and bathroom were recently renovated, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The B&B also has an equipped kitchen for breakfast. It is possible to park your car in free spaces nearby. Top location for reaching Ortigia on foot.
