If staying at any hotel on the ***** leading into Sirmione it is definitely worth upgrading to a lake view room. The main benefit of any if these hotels is being able to sit on a balcony overlooking the lake. If stuck on the road side you will endure a lot of noise from a very busy road and have no view. The room we had in the Aurora was nothing special but the balcony overlooking the lake made it all very special. The lakeside decking and jetty at the hotel was perfect for breakfast and an evening aperitivo. And the hotel restaurant is very good. We had one meal there which was very good.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food amazing, views amazing. Rooms a little small but perfect for 2 of us and the cleaners came in and did a great job. Even folded my pyjamas and put them on my pillow :) loved the little touches. Great location would recommend and stay again. Bar staff in the in the day and evening were always accommodating and very friendly.

We visited lake Garda in October, and booked hotel Aurora, what can I say, stunning location, immaculately clean room, food was wonderful hospitality and service, they went above and beyond. Having lost our luggage they couldn't have been more helpful. Would love to go back again in the future

There is no doubt this hotel has beautiful views of Lake Garda. The room with balcony and lake view really lovely, clean but quite small. I had emailed the hotel in advance to make them aware I had coeliac disease and requested a gluten free breakfast option. At breakfast I found some gluten free crackers and biscuits and thought that was it. On our third morning feeling a little disappointed with the choice I mentioned it to the waitress who brought out a basket with gluten free rolls and cakes - I immediately regretted not mentioning it sooner as it was so much better! I think they should make it more obvious especially if mentioned in booking. The view from the breakfast room was stunning - a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was great - we could walk to the tip of sirmione quite comfortably from here. Sirmione was a beautiful place and the boat trips were a great way of seeing other locations around the Lake. All in all we had a great time.

We booked this hotel at very short notice (less than 12 hours before arrival!) and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spotless, modern and had amazing view of the lake. Small balcony but plenty big enough to enjoy a glass of wine in the blissfully peaceful surroundings (if you want extra space book a suite - the balconies looked fabulous). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, staff were accommodating and friendly. Location is around a 20 minute stroll to the Castillo area but there are bars restaurants and shops on the way. Located on a quiet road and parking was a bonus. Perfect stay, can’t wait to get back for a longer stay.

Io e il mio compagno siamo venuti qualche giorno per staccare dalla quotidiana routine della città e del lavoro. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore: camera vista lago meglio di un quadro, il rumore dell'acqua che ti rilassa poco prima di andare a letto, ambiente confortevolissimo e super pulito. I titolari Nadia e Damiano ti fanno sentire a casa, per non parlare dello staff del ristorante che ci accoglie sempre sorridente e super preparato. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Buongiorno, Esperienza negativa al massimo per la mancanza di acqua calda presso la camera . In arrivo dopo il checkin delle ore 16.20 abbiamo subito segnalato l'anomalia di acqua fredda derivante dalla doccia della stessa, ci è stato detto che si provvedeva subito al controllo, alle ore 17 ci dicevano di attendere mezz'ora, alle ore 17.30 ci ripetevano di attendere un'altra mezz'ora, stessa cosa alle ore 18.30. Quando alla fine alle ore 19.00 abbiamo deciso di recarci presso la reception con la quale ci è stato risposto di attendere un'altra ora o peggio ancora di farci la doccia presso le terme. Pessimo trovare acqua fredda . Ancora di più le risposte date . Per non parlare del risarcimento chiesto e nemmeno ci è stato risposto. Almeno una mail di scuse sarebbe già stata cosa gradita.

La location sul lago è davvero incantevole. Camera vista lago e bagno molto piccoli ma con ogni confort. Pulizia ineccepibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Garbata ed efficiente l' accoglienza alla reception. Ristorante "Alleria" davvero eccellente con porzioni molto generose ed ottimamente realizzate; il menù è prevalentemente di pesce ma con qualche portata anche di terra, tempi e modi di servizio buoni. Un posto dove tornare sicuramente.
