The hotel is very cost-effective

Not soo good. The first room wasn’t cleaned properly and there where tracks of pee on ma WC… horrible. When I asked to do something they didn’t offered me immediately another room… There is no frigo bar in room. And you need to ask to clean your room daily otherwise no cleaning service. Something I did but nothing happened.

No daily cleaning if you dont ask, and even then, rooms are dirty. Bedlinen damaged. Place needs a make-over

A nice hotel and ideal location, right next door to KISTAMÄSSAN. The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic, without the basics like tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was very disappointing, considering the price.

Room was not cleaned, there was dust on the floor, and also some dust on the bed.

Definitely not a 4 stars Hotel, normally a few people after the main desk just chatting including the security guard (a little bit of a Pub environment) all good with the breakfast but I had one meal at the Restaurant where the potatoes were raw and the pork not very nice. On my view to be a 4 stars hotel there is a lot of work that needs to done.

Impressive hotel and perfect for our work’s conference

Heater didn't work. So it was so cold in the room. Front desk sent additional portable heater but 3~4 hours later.

Really comfortable, suggest judging your breakfast time though: it gets busy early .

The best breakfast ever

The hotel is tired and worn. The beds are uncomfortable . The bed coverings are small. You will be cold. The facilities are basic. The service is mainly unpleasant. The price is expensive.This is at best a 2 star hotel from a service and facilities perspective. The cost is 4 star.
