Yuhotel Kunming Northeast

We arrived after 12 o'clock in the evening and booked three rooms in total. Among them, we stayed in the double bed room. My husband took a shower first, and the water came out. It spread directly through the bathroom, reached the entrance hall, and then reached the door and the carpet outside the door. All wet! There was water dripping on the floor tiles and it was so slippery that I couldn't even take a shower. The receptionist said that there were no rooms on the same floor and we had to move to another floor. The waiter just asked the robot to bring up the room key. I arrived in the middle of the night. I was already very tired, and my husband had already taken a shower and just wanted to lie down and sleep. I have no choice but to pack my unpacked luggage and move it upstairs. After all this trouble, it’s almost 1 o’clock! I checked out in the morning and didn't hear a word of apology. It’s really bad!

There is a KTV on the tenth floor of the hotel, which is really noisy at night. The mineral water in the room was produced locally, and we seriously suspected that there was something wrong. There were five people in the group, and they all ate the same food on the way. Three of them vomited and had diarrhea after drinking the water, and they got acute gastroenteritis. The other two were fine even if they didn't drink it! When staying in a hotel, try not to drink local water, but drink big brand mineral water!

The service was very indifferent. I called the front desk several times but there was no response. I didn't look up until I was in front of me. It was also very slow to get a luggage cart. The service in the restaurant was even worse. It's hard to believe that this is a Shimao hotel.

五一去往嵩明周邊遊，酒店前台服務不錯，給我們提供免費冰飲料，還給小孩子送了公仔，孩子特別高興，媽媽也特別高興，去了東村和大石頭水庫，看了紅軍廚房，原來紅軍長征的時候是路過嵩明的，明天還要去羊街看看飛虎隊的機場。讓孩子受一下教育。

五一節，自駕昆明路過嵩明，入住當地最高端的五星酒店，酒店硬件非常不錯，周邊景色不錯，吃了當地非常有名的酸菜魚。酒店早餐豐盛，下次還會再訂。前台非常敬業

第一次住時茂世御旗下的酒店，感覺非常不錯，不愧是是國際聯號的五星級酒店。進門奢華大氣，服務熱情周到。房間很注重細節，洗漱用品都是品牌的。床墊睡着非常舒服，晚上特別安靜。白天推窗見景，可以俯瞰風景，陽光可以直接照在床上，非常舒服！

非常好的酒店，衞生乾淨，環境很好！還可以到酒店小院散散步，早餐豐盛服務員素質很高服務很棒，下下次還會選擇！

過來參加教師資格證考試，搜了一下嵩明縣城性價比最高酒店。真心不錯呀，離考點昆一中嵩明校區就100米。晚上還給我送了熱牛奶糕點和水果，真是意外的驚喜喲。不説了，看圖
