We were on a mother/daughter trip and had a great experience here! The staff was incredible across the board. So polite, professional and willing to go above and beyond! The facility itself was serene. Out front they have several fire pits with Adirondack chairs or sectionals with calming spa music playing in the background and beautiful flowers growing everywhere. It gets chilly at night so we really enjoyed sitting out there and sipping on our wine. In the lobby they have several games set up to play (Jenga, checkers, etc). The restaurant was great! We are there twice for breakfast and it was delicious and the staff was great. The pool is also nice with loungers available for everyone and staff that comes by and takes your food/drink order. I can't recommend this place enough!

We were a family group reserving two rooms. One room was a King. The King room had only one set of towels in the bathroom. A call to the front desk promised towels would be delivered. It never happened and someone finally went downstairs and asked at the front desk. The second room as 2 Queens. Two Queens can sleep 4 people. The bathroom only had 3 sets of towels in it. After showering and settling in for the night it was discovered there was no tv remote in the room. A call to the desk said to come downstairs and get one. No one wanted to redress and go downstairs so the front desk finally delivered one to the door. There was no soap for the bathroom so we had to remove the body wash from the shower. A bar of soap at the sink would have been better. There is no counter space in either of the bathrooms nor were there any hooks on the bathroom wall to hang anything. Clean towels were piled on the back of the toilet. I prefer clean towels to be not be stacked on a toilet. There were stains on the carpets. In the room and common areas. Internet was spotty in one room where someone needed to log in to a business call.

Traveling on a stay-cation in NorCal and stayed at 3 IGH properties in a row. I have the other two to compare but I also am a prof. meeting planner and stay at a ton of hotels. I even inspect them for a living, so my perspective is with a critical eye. The entrance is a bit tricky even though I arrived after dark, making any signage even less effective. Once in the open-air parking garage, there was no ”Entrance” sign over the doors nor an exterior logo'd rug. There is a foyer with the ONLY hand sanitizer station that I was able to find! Morgan greeted us at the front desk and was a real delight and he alone made this stay worthy of the 3 stars! Here are my observations upon arrival: *Of the 4 pendant lights over the front desk, 3 worked *The small marketplace was out of bottled water - NONE in the entire hotel! *No dining option and ONLY coffee to go in the morning; NO danish, fruit or granola bars to be found! *Morgan was working alone with a 63% occupancy, There are 4 floors. My room was on the 3rd with a view of a goat farm. It was a quiet room however; the mattress was quite soft and mushy. Upon unpacking, we found the following problems: *A dirty bath towel and a used face mask in the closet floor. *The safe was locked, we were provided the ”master” code to unlock it! *No washcloths *Used bath amenities Causing me to realize that no Covid-19 protocol is being adhered too. My opinion is the owner is micro-managing this property and placing profits over his franchise obligations! This is a Holiday Inn, not a Holiday Inn Express, so the expectations of a full-service property were warranted.

Stayed here one night after going to the Charles Schultz Museum. We were warmly welcomed and given room 320, a very quiet room with two queen beds. Linens and towels were very nice. Lighting very good in bathroom. Breakfast had good selections. Bed is high for me and I would have liked the room darker. The microwave light was bright! Bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
